In 47 states, a smaller part of the population now approves of Trump than voted for h

Re: In 47 states, a smaller part of the population now approves of Trump than voted f

If you pay attention you can see it from the right, as well. All the time.

*IF* you pay attention.

I've seen it from the center.

Re: In 47 states, a smaller part of the population now approves of Trump than voted f

I've seen it from the center.
I could name 4-5 people off the top of my head that routinely do it... people who are most certainly NOT even close to the center, but are so far right they almost fall off the charts... but that sort of naming is frowned upon by forum management.

Re: In 47 states, a smaller part of the population now approves of Trump than voted f

When Obama took office he had a 67% approval rating. By 2011 he was down to 38%.

What's your point?

Re: In 47 states, a smaller part of the population now approves of Trump than voted f

What makes them "phony," the fact that they don't show him in a favorable light?

The fact that some people believe in data, facts and evidence to draw conclusions is a virtue. Those, such as yourself, who believes only what you want to believe and dismiss anything and everything contrary to the conclusions that you already formed, is your problem -- not ours.

Another reality is that even in red states, such as Texas, Trump's standing is low. As the chart from Rogue Valley's post, above, barely over six months in, Trump has negative support in most states that were critical to his win.

They are not designed to view trump in a favorable light

The are liberal attack weapons

These are the same polls and pollsters who told us trump didn;t have a chance to win the election.

They are fake news

Ah, so polls are "liberal attack weapons." I would contend that facts, evidence, intelligence and vocabulary are also liberal attack weapons.

However, I don't see how asking "do you approve of the job President Trump is doing?" is an attack on Trump.

It's like Harry Truman said, "I don't give them hell. I tell the truth and they think it's hell."

No liberal trump hater would have a problem with that

Particulary if the polls are weighted to include more trump haters and not trump supporters

You're admitting right there what we knew all along.

The crazed Republicans push the narrative that if anyone reports what their candidates are doing, saying, or how the public views them, and the outcome is not what they like, it's "fake news liberal media".

We just need Trump and Hannity to publicly agree too. You guys have zero ethics and credibility and will damn the nation if enough people drink your koolaid.

If you want to make trump look bad poll more democrats in blue districts and fewer republicans in red districts

It works every time liberals try it

As Mach said above, facts are what's objectionable to Trump and his cult.

But that remark about the "Washington establishment," shows me that you are just under the influence of the Kool-Aide. There is no conspiracy against Trump and the is no "Trump revolution." Trump is self-serving and if you review his policy proposals, they are completely in-line with the proposals of conservatives Republicans over the last 40 years. Trump may rant about "draining the swamp" but if you look at the people that he has appointed and nominated, they are the same conservative establishment fat-cats, as usual.

Hope some day you will realize that you have been had -- like a Trump U student realizing that they were cheated.

The fact is, that the poll was conducted using accepted statistical methodology. It isn't the first time that when confronted with poll results people don't like they shout, "skewed poll!"

Trump has never relied on the media reporting what he does, to show that he's an incompetent moron.
Trump does this routinely in his press statements, his tweets, his interviews, is clumsy and backfiring "strategic" moves, his on-camera screw ups, etc.

At this point if the news reports something really positive about Trump, it looks suspicious as hell because it's 100% inconsistent with his own unfiltered, spoken and texted words.

The polls are fake news

If you choose to believe what you already wanted to hear the only shock for you will be on election night when your candidate flops again

At least FNC didn't piss-n-moan about ice cream...lol

Nope, just poupon mustard.

This was sent from Putin's computer using Donald's credentials.

The GREAT DIVIDER'S polls are warranted.

Sure if you only poll people on the hate trump side of the divide

The lib polls cannot be trusted on relied on

No rebuttal except the typical librul conspiracy nonsense. No great surprise there.

Pick a poll. Any poll.

Is Trump Losing Republican Support? Latest Approval Ratings Show Drop From GOP Members

President Donald Trump, in the middle of a whirlwind week involving the Republican Party’s infighting over repealing and/or replacing Obamacare, as well as a public feud with Attorney General Jeff Sessions, saw his overall approval ratings and support from GOP party members decline in a poll released Wednesday.

Again, any liberal pollster can find the republican voting districts that do not like trump and project them to represent all republicans.

The inaction of the republican congress is designed to wrestle control of the government away from trump and back to the corrupt washington establishment

They have to have polls that show trump support falling to give the RINO's in congress cover

And they can produce those poll results on demand whenver they want to

Nice spin, but you're reaching for any plausible excuse for Trump's failure as president thus far. Now you're blaming it on the Republican Congress. Anything but Trump himself, who has shown that he cannot work with others, whether it be Dems, Congress, Senate, or even his chosen cabinet!
