Watchdog: Postal Service broke law by letting employees do Clinton campaign work

It's called an "analogy". Sorry if it went over your head.

Ummm...bad analogy...??? Don't blame me if you didn't make yourself clear.

My point was that just because someone denies doing something wrong, it doesn't make them innocent.

Ummm...Like the guy in the White House right now? Just saying...:liar

There was an actual investigation done and a legal conclusion arrived at and that conclusion was that the Hatch Act had been violated by USPS leadership.

The key here is "by USPS leadership," not the employees themselves.

NEXT!

If they were on paid leave, it's a violation.

they were on leave without pay
the postal workers were not receiving their postal salaries when they were performing their union's get out the vote efforts

could someone who understands this OSC finding please explain what management should have done differently
