Unsupported? Hardly.. we have seen the number of police officers that get off from charges and why"? they felt afraid. That's all it takes. Castille didn;t even have anything in his hand.

I don't bet because I hate to gamble.. but I would take this one.. he get off criminal charges.. if not none are filed.

In the current case there is no claim of a gunshot. Instead the cops said that the loud noise was someone hitting the top or side of the police vehicle.

This means the poor Somali is going to jail. A gunshot might have saved his ass. Someone pounding on the car........no.

    Castile case was resolved correctly.

This one will be resolved correctly also. Minnesota has the best legal system in the U.S. Somali will go to jail. He was a political appointment to make points with the alien refugee subculture and BlackLivesMatter and probably never should have been a cop in the first place.
Please note everyone.. its this kind of excuse making for police and lack of belief in police responsibility that is why this cop is likely to not even be charged ,,,, much less convicted of a crime.

Minus the racial slurs/bias of course.

Yeah the county attorney does care.. the city is in the county.

And besides.. if he is not an attorney FOR THE CITY.. according to you..

the how is he an expert on what the CITY policy is?

    Gotcha again.

The policy was already displayed. It stated "before contact is made".. clearly..

Minneapolis police chief resigns following officer's fatal shooting of Australian Justine Ruszczyk

Minneapolis Police Chief Janeé Harteau has resigned following widespread criticism for her absence during the fatal shooting of Justine Ruszczyk. “I was backpacking in the mountains and it made it very challenging to return,” she explained. “Last Saturday’s tragedy, as well as some other recent incidents, have caused me to engage in deep reflection,” she said.

Chief Harteau addressed Ruszczyk's family, saying the Australian woman “didn’t have to die” and promised "justice will be served". “On our squad cars you will find the words ‘To protect with courage and to serve with passion’ this did not happen,” she said.

Uh oh. **** about to change in that town. Hopefully investigators can take note of exactly what made this police force so rotten and what got it sick.

The problem is the MAYOR who pushed for the Somali officer to be hired to pander to immigrant and BlackLivesMatter voters........and blamed the Chief of Police when the Somali killed an innocent white woman.
Even as we face off on hot-button issues.........How about this? "Bless those who curse you."

Wrong. That's obviously not just any "contact," (contact happens constantly) it means contact in a verified and legitimate call--and this one had not yet been established as legitimate.

And, the county attorney works for the COUNTY--not the city. (But he, unlike you, knows how to read a policy statement.)

Therefore he doesn't give a DAMN if the city gets sued. NOT his problem........it's the CITY'S problem.

Oh, and the Somali is going to jail.

Nobody's backing him except the lawyer he's paying.

Righhhhht... Its the mayors fault that some somali immigrant who is now American got spooked. Its blacklivesmatters fault for bad apples disrespecting citizens and cops caring about their own safety above random civilians they meet. You got Stockholm Syndrome.
