Do I need a link for the Trump attack of the CNN reporter at a Press conference, calling them "Fake News" If you're not familiar with that, I'll leave it for you to look up. It's a fairly historical event, in which you should familiarize yourself, in that no President has ever resorted to such an act of unprofessional desparation.

Yes, I would agree. Attacking Trump does get water cooler talk, and in such the 'news' media has graduated from reporting the news, facts and such, regardless of how boring, to inventing what they call 'news', and have sold out their profession for mere ratings.



Digging and reporting facts, fine. Making **** up, inventing controversies, flogging falsehoods, participating in tabloid political propaganda, and political assassinations, no. Most certainly no.



If the 'news' media want to be taken as serious "well educated and professional" they should behave that way, which is to say that in the last 8 to 12 months, or even longer, they haven't been. That's clear to anyone who can see and read and has 1/2 a brain.

In closing, the 'news' media these days needs to decide if it wants to be a political activist group, or a reporter of facts and policies and actual journalism. It's gotta be one or the other.

What many people seem to be ignorant of is the fact that Trump is a media whore. Trump uses the media to troll everyone & everybody, and this makes Trump basically the biggest troll the world has ever known. Trump is a master troll. This is nothing new whatsoever; Trump has utilized the media for decades for his own agenda. The idea that Trump is constantly critical of the media is completely unbelievable, as the media in the US is very entity that Trump has relied upon. Trump’s relationship with the media is symbiotic; Trump needs the media & the media needs Trump. For Trump it’s all about keeping your face & your agenda relevant. For the media it’s all about ratings aka making money. Trump? He will never change because, again, Trump is the world’s biggest troll.

I think they made their choice a long time ago. The problem for them is the choice they made is no longer a well kept secret from the public. I dont think anyone believes the press is impartial

Anyone who thinks the press is impartial is naive. That still does not automatically make what the media says to be false.

I agree with that bbut they have been caught numerous times now reporting things falsely. They damaged their own credability so i no longer trust them to verify.

Exactly. There's another poster in here who is a trump troll that has a standard response to anything is at most... three words on topic and the rests is "it's libs like you why you lost in november... blah blah blah." Can't have a conversation about anything with these yahoos.

It is so routine that it has to be driven from a single source. The monologues are almost identical, all ferocity and mis information. A week or two ago a member went after me with a wall of words and to back up his claim he posted a blog from 2012.

I think the White House has learned well from their Russian teachers. The creation of the words "fake news" is absolute genius considering all of the really fake news is coming from the fake in the White House.

Finally, why is it they no longer want to talk about Carrier and the "thousands" of jobs Trump "Saved...even before I'm in office!"
