Senate Investigates Loretta Lynch’s Conduct During Clinton Email Probe

Its a shame someone did not tell Trump the same thing before obstructing justice. Will the GOP hold him accountable, I doubt it. If the next Dem Pres is even half the liar Trump is, I am sure those free passes are partisan.

Can you show us where he obstructed because he supposed guy (Comey) that was supposed to be the end all testimony said otherwise that he in fact did not obstruct anything.

But did trump obstruct justice? Comey was not in charge of the investigation and had no affect on the investigations other than being the foreman who testified before congress. But let me ask you this, has the though of comey being a serial leaker crossed your mind as the real reason he was fired.

From shortly after trump became president there was a mass of leaks directly from the whitehouse, most groundbreaking in terms of de legitimizing trump rather than showing any injustice. Prior to comeys firing there was a large number of them hitting the press, after comey was fired the leaks dried up, and went from directly from the white house to third and fourth party rumors.

I pieced it together right after comey was fired, he was the serial leaker, and my guess is the trump admin found out about it, and to add fuel to that fire russia is offering him the same exile they gave snowden, for russia to offer that, they likely know that the trump administration is planning on criminal charges against him, and likely knows the reason comey was fired.

Cut and pasted from a Fox Opinion piece?

Was revealing the fact that trump sometimes wanders through the White House in a bathrobe and spends most of his time watching cable news considered a illegal leak?

No what was an illegal leak was the supposed conversations between trump and the mexican president, or trump to australia, or even the leak about trump cracking down on leakers.

all those major groundbreaking leaks stopped with comey, but even judging by your response you seem like you knew he was doing it all along and could not care about treason.

Nope all me, figured it out before fox or anyone else could even think about writing it, it was simple analysis. Now can you have a discussion that does not resort to ad hominem.

Was Comey in the room when any of those conversations took place? I have a hard time believing that.

The White House staff and aids are the more likely culprits.

I have to go play in google, but I believe in one of the leaks comey was the only other person in the room. But to add why did all those leaks stop with comey if it was everyone else but comey doing it. Why was the comey firing so abrupt, and the person actually heading the investigation left in charge if he was planning to obstruct justice.

I have no idea, but I am glad Comey kept notes

The note keeping is technichally illegal, as a govt worker anything done on the job is govt property, so him leaking that was a crime. I just care more or less about the previous leaks which aimed to damage the administration in any way possible while still showing no crimes like a whistleblower would.

The White House staff consists of high level aids acting like feuding warlords in charge of political feifdoms: Kushner versus Bannon.

Get real, obstruction is firing the guy who is investigating you. Check out the Liar in Chiefs interview with Lester Holt, classic text book case, though I am sure you will not hold Trump accountable, one rule for Trump, another for everyone else.

Which part of Comey stating Trump is not under investigation did you not understand?

You and Fox News on the same wave length, not something I would brag about bwahaha.

Quoting liberal hack sites is not vidence of anything other than how partisan you are.
Comey testimony pretty much quashed any attempt at an obstruction charge.

The now acting FBI director has said the same thing. There has been no attempt to obstruct the investigation.

Quoting "liberal hacksites" (which these are not, each are credible journalistic organizations), is at least third party evidence for my assertion. You respond with nothing by impressions from the voices in you head, which are likely wrong, misinformed or based on selective hearing.

If you know anything about debate, my evidence trumps the voices in your head. "Your wrong" is a rather childish argument, don't you think? Why not try again? Show all of us that you know what you are talking about by backing it up with credible evidence (You don't like Vanity Fair because you think its biased pretty much that limits your ability to go right...... you better find a cite with a url that ends in .edu) So, show us your stuff....

But, in the interest in burying you deep in the notion that you are wrong on this.... how about this National Review article from Andrew McCarthy, who often defends Trump to the point of fantasy... but is clear that the President can be charged of OoJ, without a crime and even if he acted within his rights to do the tasks that obstruct justice (such as shutting down the investigation)...

Obstruction of Justice? President Can End a Criminal Investigation | National Review

Oh, wait.... I also have this cite from the Ohio Bar Association...

Great rebuttal, the town will cheer you on with all the evidence you presented and your fine counter argument.
