You're the one that wants to say "close" is some sorta "victory". :lamo

Please point out where I said close was a victory, apdst, or withdraw your BOIL.

Blatant Outrageous Ireational Lie

Only when democrats were in the White house. Dems are much more motivated right now especially at the National level where most of the funding is coming from.

Good luck backing that up .

GOP up by 3.5% in SC-5 Mulvaney's seat with 53% in. Mulvaney won by 20.5% last year .

Is the (R) as contemptible a politician as Mulvaney?

Ah, the big day has finally come. I don't think this is just any ordinary House race because this seat has symbolic value.. it was Newt Gingrich's old seat.. recently vacated by a Republican. I think both parties desperately want a win here, in order to help control a news cycle.
Do you really believe this race has deep implications either way it goes?

Imo its a local race tjat reflects local opinions. Its not a national refredum its more personal

I never said the GOP wasn't spending, just that they've been outspent here. At least the GOP doesn't employ operatives who brag on tape about committing voter fraud. Both parties have their underbelly, the DNC's underbelly just happens to appear more corrupt IMO.
Hilliary out spent donald. Money isnt the deciding factor. It just heps the volume of your message

Democrats haven't won this seat in over 40 years. When Republican strongholds suddenly go blue it's a point of concern on the national level because of the implications of shifting attitudes on the part of the electorate that signify they are no longer aligned with the party. In other words, their base or at least their base's commitment to them is shrinking.

He'll vote for the 17% popularity health care bill. I'm hoping Parnell runs again next year.

All 4 of these CDs were chosen in part due to how safe they were .

You're bragging about the margin shrinking. Why would you do that?

Close only counts handgrenades and horseshoes, Nimby.

Looks like Handel will coast to a slight victory. Pretty close though considering this is Georgia.

South Carolina called for Republican Ralph Norman. But with only a 2.7% lead with 93% in there's a chance it could end up being the closer one tonight.

WHAT! If the D's ****ed this up by raising expectations as they did then lot's of heads need to roll, cause that be some stunning incompetence even for them.

Ok fair enough. Does that knife cut both ways... in other words in race where the dnc threw everything in it including the kitchen sink. If they lose does that say something too?

Fixed due to druken fat finger texting syndrome.

Norman declared the winner in SC-5, up now by 2.6% in a CD with a PVI rating of R + 9.

GA-6 is rated R + 8, MT was R + 11 and KS-4 was R + 15 .

GOPs in DC and the states are watching; so are you, apdst .

There's nothing wrong with trying to win and generating a lot of enthusiasm. It is quite close so I don't see how that is "stunning incompetence".

GOP candidate Handel refused to mention trump's name .

Boohoo she's still going to congress so who gives a flying you know what?

Even if Ossoff loses, as long as it is a close race it still sends the same message.

I disagree. Personally, I'm long past moral victories. It's either a win or its a loss. That's the nature of our crappy system of government. All or none, all of the time.

And I'll be absolutely shocked if Ossoff wins.

winning by three points and winning by 15 points are both still winning.

Now America is in good hands, we got the Three Amigos, Donald Trump, "Fighting Greg" and Karen Handel, life must look pretty gloomy for the D

"We think we are finally going to win this one!" and then losing is really really dumb.

Advertising incompetence is nearly always a bad move.

The bad work is incompetence.

Advertising it is stunning .

INCOMPETENCE

That funding and the best possible candidate still can't carry a D over the finish line? that's not the same message as if he wins.

It should be "Horseshoes, Hand grenades and Hydrogen Bombs.

The sad thing is the bolded is probably more important to you than any policy positions.

Their strategy is Lie and Lose until you Win, Then Declare a Referendum has Occured! :2razz:

You are talking about trump right? lying... and then declaring his victory was extremely massive.

That's called projection.
