A U.S. aircraft has shot down a Syrian government jet over northern Syria

Why would you want to attack your allies? Sorry, dumb question, the US always attacks it's old allies.

Ah, another totally worthless CT claim written by somebody who doesn't know anything about the subject matter.

You should ask your NVA heroes that; after all, they are the ones who put Pol Pot in charge.

The USA doesn't do free elections, it only does brutal, vicious right wing dictators.

Are you right wing/Republican?

Nope. And hate to break it to you but you are wrong. Again. Your claim is idiotically easy to disprove. Is Germany ruled by a vicious, right wing dictator?

No?

Your claim has officially been destroyed.

Always without a source.

President Carter's National Security Adviser, Zbigniew Brzezinski, has stated that in the spring of 1979: "I encouraged the Chinese to support Pol Pot. I encouraged the Thai to help the [Khmer Rouge]. The question was how to help the Cambodian people.[sic] Pol Pot was an abomination. We could never support him. But China could."

That's goofy. The US needs allies.

Check out all the SE Asian countries, the C and S American countries the US has committed vicious war crimes against, all to steal the bread from kid's mouths.

Ah, what a suprise--- you still can't wrap your head around the fact that without your NVA heroes Pol Pot never could have taken power.

Yes, that's what your terrorist idols like ISIS and the Viet Cong did.

The US has a multitude of allies which aren't even remotely authoritarian.

Your fantasy that the US "commit war crimes" to "steal bread" is idiotic.

Wow, talk about cognitive dissonance. That's what it takes to be US military or even just USian.

PolPot and the Khmer Rouge came to power from the massive war crimes, the massive saturation bombing the US inflicted on Cambodia.

Imagine the mass mental disturbance it must take to support the regimes you do buddy. You live in a fantasy world of your own.

Nope. Without the North Vietnamese invasion of Cambodia and violation of its sovereignty--- the same thing you complain about the US doing--- there would be no bombing raids to begin with. It's not suprising you are too clueless to understand that.

You're a young boy, filled with virulent US propaganda over a short lifetime. You've seen the propaganda movies, read the propaganda books, heard the propaganda stories - it's all still just propaganda.

Read a bit and save yourself from a lifetime of murder, mayhem and deep regret.

Killing Hope
U.S. Military and CIA Interventions Since World War II

Killing Hope
2004, 471 pages
Published by Common Courage Press
ISBN: 9781567512526

Is the United States a force for democracy? In this classic and unique volume that answers this question, William Blum serves up a forensic overview of U.S. foreign policy spanning sixty years. For those who want the details on our most famous actions (Chile, Cuba, Vietnam, to name a few), and for those who want to learn about our lesser-known efforts (France, China, Bolivia, Brazil, for example), this book provides a window on what our foreign policy goals really are.

If you flip over the rock of American foreign policy of the past century, this is what crawls out… invasions … bombings … overthrowing governments … occupations … suppressing movements for social change … assassinating political leaders … perverting elections … manipulating labor unions … manufacturing “news” … death squads … torture … biological warfare … depleted uranium … drug trafficking … mercenaries …

It’s not a pretty picture. It’s enough to give imperialism a bad name.

Read a bit and save yourself from a lifetime of murder, mayhem and deep regret.

And you are an adult who is totally historically ignorant and knows exactly jack and **** about the world. It's really rather pathetic how deep your ignorance goes.

Yes, all of the bull**** you subscribe to is exactly that-- idiotic propaganda that only somebody like you, who doesn't know history, would be ignorant enough to believe.

I've already read your bible. It doesn't change a single thing--- just shows that you are even more ignorant than you sound, that you have to parrot other's claims rather than making up your own mind.

I feel a deep satisfaction over the fact that I'll be helping crush your heroes.

No, I mean the group that Assad helped move across the border into Syria in the first place to fight US soldiers in Iraq. It's great that you think that's so funny though.

Yes, your ignorance is definitely funny.

A young 'un from boonslip, USA trying to keep with with US scholars. Pathetic!

Yes, your hero worship of terrorist groups is quite pathetic.

I'm from Chicago dude; hardly "boonslip".

Still "boonslip" to me.

You're doing a pathetic job trying to keep up to American scholars.

Oh, so one of the biggest cities in the country is "boonslip" to you? Typical.

You are doing a pathetic job trying to keep up with American dirt, since human knowledge is simply too complex for you to be able to grasp.

I seriously doubt the Syrians are as outraged over US intervention there as some say here. We know at least some Syrians (the Kurds) are very pleased the US is intervening, I expect Syrians who have been victimized by daesh would be happy too, certainly the Syrians who oppose Assad must be glad for the US involvement. Syrians under Assad's control have no opinion of their own.
