As he should have been. Easy case.

This is good news.

CALLED IT!!!! Cops can literally get away with murder and thrill kills and still be exonerated!

This was pretty clear. It's nice to see the justice system working the way it should.

Officer shooting a guy who was high who reached for his gun despite being told not to is a murderer. Sure.

If "murder" and "thrill kills" is what you called, you clearly got it wrong.

No surprise to see a fascist circle jerk after this trigger happy cop's "exoneration".

No one here is involved in your delusional nonsense.

Not if you own a liquor store in the area, board up the windows and chain the doors!

Oy vey!

Okay.
This is good news for him.
This is good news for Police doing their jobs like they are supposed to.
Better?

Isn't this the one where he shot the guy on Facebook live? The guy who had a lisence to carry?

Yep. This is the one where the guy told the cop he had a gun, the cop told him to reach for an I.D., and when he complied the officer shot him multiple times. This is classic cop hiding behind "I thought he had a gun" after the guy complied with the officer's directives. That's what some officers do: order someone to do something and when they comply, use that as a pretext to shoot a person.

It happens with some frequency.
South Carolina Officer orders man to get license and then shoots him when he complies.

Plenty of "cases" out there where they shoot unarmed black folk, even when they're running away. Everyone knows what this society is, some twisted folks are just ok with it.

I'd be interested in hearing all of the evidence. If it was just "Guy did everything right when getting stopped by a cop - cop shoots him anyway" then the cop would've been found guilty. That a jury of 12 people unanimously decided he was not guilty, it makes me think there's more to the story.

Pulled him over on the presumption he was a wanted robber in the area as well from what I remember. Absolutely staggering to me that he's got away with that. I remember when that happened it seemed like an easy prosecution for once...crazy

No. This is the one where the immediate aftermath was recorded by his girlfriend while she was still sitting in the car.
Which is probably the one you meant.

License to carry? Yes.
Yet still did not follow the Officers directions.

As for that license to carry?
He would not have had it had they known about his drug history.

You are spreading a false narrative.

There is certainly more to the story of your for profit prison/legal system.

You are spreading a false narrative.

The only narrative you're open to is anytime a black person gets killed by a white person, especially a cop, he had it coming. Very Sean Hannityish.

There are four older threads on this forum regarding the case.
They contain the known information and I did not here any that wasn't known reported by those attending.

Here is a link to the longest one.

And you have somehow ascertained such delusional nonsense in the very few days you have been a member. Interesting.

Besides your reply being delusional nonsense, I smell hosiery.

Sure.

Apparently having a "drug history" now gives the police justification to shoot you down in cold blood in front of your girlfriend and her four-year-old daughter... especially if you are driving while black after someone else (with a "broad nose", like you) robbed a convenience store in the same town four days previously.

You're an enabler.

Doesn't that speak to a larger problem with how you vet gun owners?

Also having rewatched the video I don't see why the officer could not of backed up if he felt in danger, he had the tactical advantage given the fact the guy was seated and not not yet drawn his firearm.
