Which is why you are supposed to digest or at the least put investments in a blind trust. Romney ran on how he'd do a blind trust if he got into the oval office. Your boy has no ethics so hes openly profiting from his position as POTUS just like he bragged he would.

Not legally required. You know it, I know it. This is just another PR excuse by Democrats.

You have the balls to go no ethics with all the things being uncovered that actually WERE illegal from the last administration?

puuuuhhhlleeeze. This administration barely got the seat warm and they are surpassing anything Obama admin did that could be considered ethically questionable in his eight years.The bar you guys have for trump is so damn low at this point that there is no bar for ethics. Any time ethics is even brought up you trumpettes go immediately to "is it illegal?" Because that's where the bar is now. And folks in his administration are going to be found to have broken that extremely low bar before too long.

The bar isn't low, in this case it is different from any other President. The issue centers around the Trump brand and the losses he would need to undertake to put things into a blind trust. Not to mention, should he do so, you would still be squawking about it as it would be obvious his business enterprises would still be examined despite this because they would still bear his name. No matter what he would happen to do, you would still have the same criticism.

Catch 22. He might as well maintain the interests in the enterprises, you are going to carp either way.
