Sen. John McCain's bizarre questioning of Comey

the guy needs to seriously retire; like about 20 years ago .........

several of his questions confused viewers, and seemingly Comey himself, and he occasionally was incoherent. He referred to “President Comey,” and at times looked confused and frustrated with Comey's answers. Viewers clearly thought it was notable; Twitter announced it was the most-tweeted moment of the hearing


Anyone who watched or listened to this today had to come away wondering what was going on with John McCain. This was completely bizarre. He is generally pretty pointed and succinct in his questioning. This, however, was twilight zone material. Honestly, It made me kind of wonder if he suffered a stroke or something.

A ministroke is entirely possible.
 
The difference is that people on the right don't immediately flock to Pelosi as if she were a shining beacon whenever she says something they agree with (which is rare).


No, they immediately flock to Trump. Put a skirt on Trump and nobody can tell the difference.
 
At least he didn't fall asleep like Reagan did all those years ago.

McCain should have been shown the door several elections back, but I guess Arizona voters like senile senators.

Republicans prefer senile politicians in general.
 
It was pretty sad.

I hope his confusion was caused because he was overly tired and not because of a health issue.

I hope the Senator pulls through. Positive thoughts to him and his family.
 
Obviously all was not well with him. I wish him the best of luck and the speediest recovery.

He just did not seem like himself that day. I wish him luck too
