Trump is clearly not bowing TO the King. Was the King of SA putting a medal on Obama? Anyone with two braincells to rub together could have reasoned that out.

You know, I really don't see anything wrong with Trump curtsying to the head of state of another country. I'm sure that, diplomatically speaking, it was well received.
