There are no charges, no grand jury, no trial judge, no prosecutors, no investigators to testify in support of non-existent charges, no trial lawyers filing Discovery motions or briefs. Because their briefs would not hold up in court, which exposure would be as awkward as all hell for 'em male and female alike.
