I highly doubt under Trump a large contract like this was negotiated within 10 days.

This is not a left/right wing issue. These contractors are operating under either party and getting paid to not do a job. As you said, this kind of work should go to the troops to get paid.

The troops get paid. Security is one of their jobs, regardless of branch, or MOS.
