You did not present any facts unless you don't know what a fact is.
When an officer runs across somebody that does not have ID they ask for their name and birthdate.
They run that information in the system to see if it is valid. If it is not that person is brought in to the station to identify them. If false information was given they are charged with that crime.
If there is no record of that person, they will do more investigation to find out who that person is.
I hope you don't think a person can just say they don't have ID when they are asked for it and the officer says Ok, have a nice day.
As I already said, an officer would have to have other reason to stop someone then just to check ID. You know, probable cause. So, you tell me. What reason are you thinking of that an officer would have to stop someone and check their ID?
