In March, Texas State Rep. Jessica Farrar, D-Houston, filed a bill that would penalize men for "unregulated masturbatory emissions" and the bill has now made its way into the hands of the Texas State Affairs Committee on Tuesday.

Yes, they played around with this bill enough to get it into committee, but it's going to take a lot of stroking to get it up to the next level and, actually able to enter the legislative chamber for consideration. Men are breathing very hard as they keep abreast of this situation, but are they willing to stand up and keep this bill from becoming law? This topic is getting harder by the day, but if it should become law after debate has been consummated, I will surely stand erect and cry out "From my cold, dead hands, mother****ers".

Thank you, and **** you.

With your anticipated permission I made one slight correction to your post. Hope you do not mind...

That would depend on which being it's coming into. After all, I DO have standards. LOL.

Just build a reservoir into this little device, and men will be ready.

Finally, a good digital masturbator http://bit.ly/2oDPjXJ

In March 2017, Farrar proposed a satirical bill to fine men for masturbation and require consultations and medically-unnecessary examinations before vasectomies, colonoscopies, and Viagra tablets. The bill is a response to what Farrar calls "the obstacles that Texas women face every day, that were placed there by legislatures making it very difficult for them to access health care."[5] [6] Farrar said that masturbation could be deemed "an act against an unborn child" and a "failure to preserve the sanctity of life." From the title I can only assume that once the bill was in the hands of the Affairs Committee it was then constantly jerked around until the whole situation became a mess.

You realize its:
A democrat pushed bill
To protest anti-abortion GOP views
Is DOA.

No sense of humor whatsoever. Hyperpartisanship takes the fun out of life. LOL.

I wonder how much Farrar's attempt at comedy is costing the Texas tax payers...
