Tax Day Trump Protest

Don't apologize. I'm happy to use you as a springboard for explaining to anybody who may be curious what today's march is about.

We already know what this march is about--childish liberals still in temper tantrum mode over the last election.

The Leftist Fiscal Penis Envy march, sponsored by Viagra, Doritos, your local Vape supply stores, and televised to moms basements all across the country. Todays protest host and MC will be Rachel Maddow and she will be reading excerpts from Trumps previously released tax returns showing he paid more individually in taxes than the vast majority of impotent ****s that will be out protesting today...combined.

Hey protesters...just remember...being disabled, on the EIC, and being someone elses dependent is NOT the same thing as 'paying taxes'. Just as an FYI.

To whom is this addressed?

I didn't apologize.

The topic is the tax march, which is to refute trump's idiotic claim that people don't care about his tax returns, when in fact a majority of Americans believe he should be compelled to show them so we can start to amass an idea of where his real allegiances lie: his business interests or his country.

But thanks for giving me the opportunity to remind everybody that Clinton readily provided her tax returns and trump won't.

Guess I hit a nerve, the Trump brigade, all be it much smaller than a few weeks ago is up early this morn. I believe CNN and a few others will be broadcasting live, the more press coverage the better, I like my President's with some honesty, and less BS. Happy tax day Donny, let the baseless tweets begin!!

I'm sorry that your god refuses to show his tax returns and has shut down public access to the White House visitor logs while the candidate you railed against as "corrupt" readily showed her tax returns. It must suck having to defend someone who is utterly corrupt and has lied 394 times in his first 86 days of office alone, to say nothing of the quarter billion dollars he stole from regular Americans in his university scam and the fact that he bragged about committing sexual assault. I know if I were in your position and I felt it my obligation to defend such a man, it would be a difficult road indeed.

If you're interested in going to a march and learning more, you can find one near you!

Perhaps by accepting speaking fees in exchange for favorable treatment. ;)

And you know how you're able to quantify what she earned from speaking fees and book deals? That's right! Her tax returns!

Anyone who will bother to do some research will find out I am far from a liberal, but if simplifies the issue for Trumpsters to pigeon hole anyone who opposes the Fraud in Chief, more power to them, I been called much worse from the Right.

Kelly Ann Conway-People are just not interested in Donald Trumps tax returns

Tax Day 2017: Donald Trump'''s Tax Returns Will Be Protest Focus | Fortune.com

I for one do care, and am on my way into Boston to participate in a PEACEFULLL and LAWFULL protest over Trump LYING in regards to his tax returns, enjoy tax day !!:2wave:

If I was still living in the area I'd join you. Good luck!

That said, I don't think the man will ever release them. It would be death blow to his presidency and he knows it. He's obviously been advised not to, which means there is something damaging. Why would he promise to release them and then renege? And why lie about an audit not being a good time to release them?

Financial disclosure forms - which Trump has also provided as required by law.

If there was anything to see, his tax returns would have been leaked by now.

Riiiiiiiiight. :lamo

Actually I look for them to be leaked at some point or subpoenaed by the FBI.

I believe Putin may have a copy of Donny's returns. The man seems adept at procuring sensitive info.

Wow still people out there defending Trump after all his lies, flip flopping on his campaign promises, incompetence, and corruption.

That takes a special kind of blind stupid allegiance.

And during the campaign he looked like such an intelligent, well grounded, rational, considerate, knowledgable, experienced, erudite and sensitive person who could bring the entire nation under under a banner of unity and healing. :doh:roll: Who could have predicted he would turn out like he did?:mrgreen:

Financial disclosure forms - which Trump has also provided as required by law.

A completely insufficient snapshot, as Trump well knows which is why he refuses to show his tax returns.

So how seriously does the lack of public tax filings undermine Trump’s claim? We checked with experts.

Why tax filings matter

"It is true that Trump's businesses have received a lot of attention, but without the release of Trump's tax returns, we don't know a lot about his personal financial situation," said Lawrence White, an economist at New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Tax returns also can give a clearer picture of the candidate’s liquid assets. "Trump can inflate his image of being rich on the financial disclosure forms, but you can get a better sense of how much he’s actually making from his tax returns," said Williams, who did not support Trump during the GOP primary and now says he’s officially undecided on the presidential race.

Other nuggets can be gleaned from tax forms as well, such as what specific mix of taxes the candidate paid.

"Romney’s tax return showed us a ton of valuable information about Romney, including the fact that most of his substantial income was ‘carried interest,’ " which is a type of tax-favored income available primarily to fund managers, said Allan Sloan, a business columnist for the Washington Post. Because of this, "we saw that the majority of his income was taxed at low rates."

Donald Trump says his financial disclosures more than make up for lack of releasing tax returns | PolitiFact

It is combined with the financial disclosure that is why you're able to have such a clear picture of Clinton's income from speaking engagements and book deals and why you're able to bitch about them as if they matter.

And you know how you're able to quantify what she earned from speaking fees and book deals? That's right! Her tax returns!
Well, no. This information was known long before she released her tax returns.

(We also know DT made from speaking fees and book royalties - about 2 million)

So the march will be for what now?

Do these people really think that if they march he Trump will go back in time and release his return during the election?

Yeah, that's it. People think Trump will go back in time and release his tax returns.

What a brilliant post.
