The data in the linked article only shows acceptance rates of various ethnic groups in Med schools only. However, because so few blacks apply, the result is still a very low percentage of blacks applying and enrolled in Med Schools compared the percentage of blacks in the general population:

The criticisms in the linked article are more anecdotal than a measure of all Ivy League schools, let alone of all colleges. In terms of total enrollment of all colleges and universities, blacks do not make up any more than they do in the general population while Asian make up 7.3% vs. their 5% of the general population:

The article of this link shows that California Asian organization, the state with the greatest number and highest percent of Asians than any state, support affirmative action. When a bill was introduced to limit affirmative action, 26 of the 36 representative organizations opposing the bill were Asian American.

All facts are bias by selection for lack of the selector knowing other facts to balance that bias.
