It's done. They are voting on cloture right this minute with only a 51 vote requirement to pass.

The only thing Conservatives are about legally is if a Woman can get an Abortion .. which no law will ever stop, and Mo-Money to Corporations.

Schumer is betting that the fear of a lib judge kicking the bucket will drive lefties to the polls in 2018 and win the senate back for the forces of evil

Any rule, that says that more than a majority is needed, that can be changed by a simple majority is kinda silly.

Laws enacted by the executive and legeslatve branch representing 320 million people can be changed by 5 unelected demigods in black robes so the changing the rules of the senate is childs play

Schumer is devious but he's not stupid

If the fillibuster can be preserved to use against the republican majority now it can easily be suspended by the dems should they have both the white house and the senate.

I believe we will have a conservative Supreme Court for the next 50 years. During that time, we will fundamentally and irreversibly crush liberalism. This is gonna be fun.

Maybe all the crybabies here at DP will have to go out and get a job.
