Are you a witness in this case?
Civil suits can often get that way - especially with the joint and partial liability nonsense which means if you are found to be even 2% responsible (98% not responsible) then you may still have to pony up millions in damages.
Guys, it's ok. He's God, so it's fine. He can do whatever He wants and if you question His ways, you're a loser.
If a simple statement to "get 'em out of here" is assumed to be a call for general (crowd?) violence then many that employ bouncers or security personnel are potentially in deep legal trouble. I find it odd that a judge would decide that these words were directed at just anyone in the crowd if Trump simply asserts that he meant them to be taken out by security personnel. This seems like a weak case to shift the blame to Trump.
With these kinda standards can we do stand up comedy anymore?
Serious Question.
Anything to get Trump. It's way past ridiculous now. They will never stop and it's doing more harm and promoting more division when people are gleefully cheering for anything negative towards our President. Sad and embarrassing.
It's almost like they've been suggesting for 8 years that he wasn't born in America or something...
Not if it blasphemes.
Get over it.
Some guys do entire acts around insulting the audience...is that going to be illegal now?
The snowflakes cant take it anymore, they will lose their minds and maim others?
It is all the guy on the stages fault?
That's the argument right?
"The snowflakes can't take it anymore" is exactly how I describe your behavior whenever someone criticizes Him.
A lawsuit against Trump for inciting violence is moving forward. It must be nice to have his Russia problems temporarily interrupted by having to deal with the karma of being a general, all-around piece of **** instead.

I don't see any way this doesn't fall under the protection of free speech.

It's hardly just that. Read #8. Statements encouraging his minions to attack protestors and he would even pay them for it, little wonder when he said "get em out of here" and security wasn't immediately at the ready, the goons beat security to it

The DNC did pay protestors, that was proven.

If "get 'em out of here" is inciting violence then I am a Monkeys Uncle.
If he had said "I, Donald Trump, hereby encourage...nay, demand...that my supporters at this rally event in Louisville, Kentucky on March 1, 2016, hereby assault these people and violently eject them from these premises in a way that mocks the very meaning of civil behavior and discourse." you would not have had a problem with it.
the old Obama false equivalency...
I was trying to have a conversation with you...I will try again some other time, clearly this is not the day for it.
