Long Island Man Charged in Sex Assault of Toddler, 2 Stabbings was Deported 4 Times

Re: Long Island Man Charged in Sex Assault of Toddler, 2 Stabbings was Deported 4 Tim

You mean as long as Americans still have a pot to piss in and mexicans don't we will be plagued with illegal aliens

Not if we build the wall

You probably know that many "legally" enter the US from Mexico on any given day via border crossing checkpoints and that about 40% of illegals are the result of overstays rather than illegal border jumping. Many come here to work, shop or on vacation and just "forget" to return.

Re: Long Island Man Charged in Sex Assault of Toddler, 2 Stabbings was Deported 4 Tim

Hardly. We've had them for a long time. Phalanx systems for ships are a fully automated means for shooting down missiles. Not hard at all to adapt.

That is one ship, not the US Mexico border. Imagine the cost on a scale several million times larger. Not to mention that is overkill to the extreme, do you hunt deer with an RPG? Your plan makes Reagan's Star Wars plan seem viable and mundane.

But that ruins their narrative.

Re: Long Island Man Charged in Sex Assault of Toddler, 2 Stabbings was Deported 4 Tim

Claiming that illegals are discouraged by lack of jobs is asinine. Do you think illegals come to the US just for the fun of it? Take away their jobs and they have no reason to come.

Walls with doors work, and we need to do more than that as well.

But dont bother with claims the we know what works to keep illegals out, because few of the elite have cared enough to want to know, regardless of the fact that many have claimed otherwise....we never bothered to find out.

So let's run some experiments I say.

What makes you think I dont know that?

Because you're a lib and I'm not?

That's just a lot of Phalanx-type systems. Adapt them from controlling missiles to machine guns. Not difficult and requires virtually no development.

Whether we know that or not, it's irrelevant. It just means we need to know where these people are, using whatever technical abilities we have at our disposal. And even if 40% come in that way, 60% do not. This is one thing that the open-borders idiots always try, that because we can't get every single one of them, we shouldn't try to get any of them. It's absurd.

Some of the open borders crowd may have just picked this issue up recently

but i have been aware of the arguements for and against for many years

But that ruins their narrative.

That requires interior enforcement which should be supplemented by bounties offered to state/local LEOs for each illegal alien turned over to the federal government. Instead of goofy plans to withhold (automatic?) funding from those that do not help (the "sanctuary city" morons) we should be paying those that do help.

The main issue I see with that system is that it would most likely encourage police services to focus on capturing illegals to the neglect of everything else, and it would encourage them to arrest a lot more innocent people on suspicion. You have to look at this form the point of view of the sanctuary cities, they have to spend millions upon millions of dollars trying to track down people living in their city, who pay taxes to the city, and are not hurting anyone else. To them it does not make economic sense and is a waste of law enforcement's time. I remember CBC was interviewing the mayor of Albuquerque I think, and he said if the federal government want them to hand over illegal immigrants who did not commit crimes maybe they should give us the money to do it because right now it does not make sense to split up communities and spend all that money.

He needs to go back to wherever he is from and stay there. We don't need this kind of stuff in our country.

Hmm.... Doesn't any offense with a fine as the sentence, like traffic tickets, do that now? It's not like the officer would get the bounty as a personal bonus - it would simply help cover the cost of the state/local police department's added help required to enforce that federal law.
