Supreme Court overturns Gorsuch ruling against student with disabilities

 There is no reason why we wouldn't expect development and entrepreneurship in those areas, and, in the meantime, they would merely improve more slowly.

If a school is failing the children pushed into it to the point where the parents are desperate en masse to get their kids elsewhere, then that school does not deserve to survive, and, in fact, it shouldn't. If the result of this is that the portion of students in public education shrinks dramatically as those students shift to better options  That is a significant net-improvement.
I am on the side of strong public school accountability plus choice. And aside from Democrats and Republicans are seemingly unable to bridge either side, I was not exactly commenting on that.

What I was saying is that the voucher and choice solution hasn't yet made a satisfactory concept or appeal to rural communities. This doesnt mean I am not interested in finding another external pressure that could work.

Until then, I'd like to present solutions for rural communities that are certainly plausible at the same time that I prefer to continue holding their feet to the fire in fulfilling the law that this thread is basically about.
