CHICAGO (AP) -- A 15-year-old Chicago girl was apparently sexually assaulted by five or six men or boys on Facebook Live, and none of the roughly 40 people who watched the live video reported the attack to police, authorities said Tuesday.
Police only learned of the attack when the girl's mother approached police Superintendent Eddie Johnson late Monday afternoon as he was leaving a department in the Lawndale neighborhood on the city's West Side, police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said. She told him her daughter had been missing since Sunday and showed him screen grab photos of the alleged assault.

He said Johnson immediately ordered detectives to investigate and the department asked Facebook to take down the video, which it did.

Don't use Facebook, but don't you have to be "friends" with the person to get their "live" feed? Couldn't they just question the 40 people? I mean it is a rape afterall, that would justify questioning those folks.

Former Idaho high school football player avoids jail time for assaulting mentally disabled teammate with coat hanger


John R.K. Howard, 19, of Keller, Tex., pleaded guilty to a felony count of injury to a child and will be sentenced to two to three years of probation and up to 300 hours of community service, the Idaho Statesmen reported. A judge will decide the final sentence on Feb. 24.......

......In May, the Idaho attorney general’s office filed sexual assault charges against the 19-year-old and two of his teammates, who went on to be charged in juvenile court. They alleged the three suspects lured the special needs student into the locker with the promise of a hug, but instead held him down and shoved a coat hanger into his rectum......

What a horrible thing to say. Yes, I have had a few run-ins with bad cops in my life, but 99.9 percent of interactions I've had with police have been very positive. In fact, one cop saved my life one night.

To tag all cops with the same label because of the actions of a very few is pretty damn low, considering the fact that the "average" cop, as you call him or her, is doing a nasty and thankless job that most people don't want to do, and some of them die in the line of duty to keep the peace.

Again, what a horrible thing to say. But maybe not so horrible, because your sicko post just convinced me to donate to the 100 Club again.
 
Facebook is eventually going to be sued.

I don't think you understand what this even means. I hope you realize that if you didn't "spread" any DNA mutations to your children, they probably aren't your children.

Which leaves the question (and it does) what DNA 'mutation' was spread here and what does that even mean?
