You are introducing a false binary. As if by another incident is an equivalency as another separate incident that makes that separate incident OK.

Your man skipped "Go" and went to "Jail". Tell me. What is the advantage vs. what every nation, except Communist and their sympathizers, have wanted being that Tillerson "stop off" at the UN before kneeling before Putin?

Because it was not relevant. The OP is about Tillerson missing a NATO meeting. Someone saw it fit to compare it to Kerry missing one too, which in and of itself is a pathetic attempt to excuse or divert from the issue. If Kerry missing the meeting was bad then Tillerson missing is must be just as bad and only in the minds of the Trump apologists is that a valid excuse.

Does anyone think the change in itinerary was Tillerson's idea? The switch to Moscow was announced within hours of Comey's revelation that Trump is under investigation for collusion with Russia and, further, the top Democrat on the Committee giving voice to the claim that Trump agreed to undercut NATO in exchange for Russian help against Hillary.

This is pure Trump doing his usual doubling down, saying to the Committee, "go fry ice", or words to that effect not permitted here.
