Sean Spicer says Trump campaign chairman actually played 'limited role' in campaign

White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer incorrectly diminished the role of former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort...

Spicer, pressed on a number of Trump associates' connections to Russian operatives, claimed Manafort played a "limited role (in the campaign) for a very limited amount of time."

What the hell is the matter with this idiot?
And of course Flynn was just a volunteer in the campaign.

Spicer is very much correct here. Paul Manafort had no influence on the Trump administration during the campaign. I absolutely won't touch that disgusting link to CNN.

We've always been at war with Eastasia.

The guy was the head of the campaign!!!

For you probably, then there is reality.

Paul Manafort had no influence on the Trump administration during the campaign.
WTF are you babbling about? He was the ****ing chair of the campaign. What administration? How do you come up with this stupidity? Did you just come out of a cave?

I absolutely won't touch that disgusting link to CNN.

Yeah, I literally LOL'd at that too. What's so sad is sometimes I really can't tell when many people 'defending' Trump are being serious - like above. Poe's Law has come to life and is ruling the land of Trump.

Re: Sean Spicer says Trump campaign chairman actually played 'limited role' in campai

A few months ago, I thought all this Russia/Trump business was little more than smear tactics or hearsay.

Now I am starting to think that Trump's people DID confer with the Russians during the campaign to help the Russians and - in return - get help from the Russians to smear Clinton.

One of the reasons I thought this originally was unlikely was that I thought Trump and his people were at least reasonably intelligent; because I had recalled that many had described Nixon's henchmen during Watergate as far from intelligent AND I thought one would have to be pretty stupid to do what Trump's campaign was being accused of.

But over the last month - especially since the wiretapping tweets occurred - it is becoming VERY clear to me that Trump and many of his people are clearly not too bright. Trump especially seems unintelligent and emotionally disturbed/unbalanced as his reactions over the last two+ weeks have been increasingly bizarre - at the very least, noticeably odd.
He acts more like a spoiled, ignorant brat than a POTUS on many, many fronts.

This summation video - granted, by a Democrat - is very interesting and rather compelling:

The part in question is from 1:59 - 11:05

I now think that it is probable that Trump actually is stupid/unbalanced and arrogant enough to have orchestrated - or at the very least, approved - this whole Russian/Trump Campaign involvement.
To the point of illegality and possible grounds for impeachment.

This whole thing is getting more interesting and disturbing every week - at least to me.

Once again, I have ZERO loyalty to any political party or movement.

It doesn't matter if he was king of the Mole-people. He had absolutely no INFLUENCE.

I suggest you look at the threads on this very forum during Trump's post primary/pre-RNC convention. Everyone knew Manafort was a patsy. How short your memories are.

LOL And I suppose the former head of the NSA was just a "volunteer" too. Spicer is in "full cover up mode" according to John Dean. Chump is going down the same road as Nixon. Actually the word "chump" is more suitable for his followers.

Nixon denied even talking to John Dean (even though he was Whitehouse counsel for 3 years) during his cover-up. Why didn't they learn from history. If Trump would just come clean he would have a chance.

My jaw dropped when I saw that clip. His campaign manager just played a minor role. Flynn, who was by Trump's side almost every day and who famously started the chants of "Lock her up!", was just a volunteer.

Do these people think we're all stupid just because they managed to dupe 50 million easily duped Americans into voting for this fraud and liar now sitting in the Oval Office?

I've thought of that too. I sometimes believed that these posters who are literally humiliating themselves with their posts are doing it intentionally. They are trying to make Trump supporters look like fools - and succeeding admirably, I might add. It has to be Poe's Law. There is no way this many people are really like this.

That is a lot of people and in their small minds that is all the people, well the ones that count anyway.
