Comey confirms FBI investigating Russia, Trump ties

Direct evidence? No, but circumstantial evidence? It's enough that it should make any rational person uncomfortable asserting his innocence with confidence.

Nope. Don't get me wrong, as I've said on this thread and others, the extreme push by Democrats to only talk about Russia is just the Democrats' effort to deflect all criticism and self-reflection for what happened in 2014 and 2016. But that doesn't mean it's clear that Trump is obviously off the hook. Like there was a reason why Hillary's emails were being investigated by Comey, there's a reason Comey is investigating Trump and Russia.

Circumstantial evidence is nothing more than coincidence.

I see leftists use that tactic incessantly with almost any source not from your own side... and with the MSM no longer trustworthy to give real news, why not? It is a lot of "fake news", sorry, but they did that to themselves.
You are literally doing the same thing you are accusing "leftists" of doing.

The only source you gave that I might accept as being adequate and without too much filtering is the Washington Times.
Of course you do. But I guess the Associated Press, CNN, The Daily Caller, and NY Mag are all "fake news" now.

Judicial Watch sues over records related to Michael Flynn's conversations with Russian ambassador - Washington Times

"As of this week, however, Judicial Watch says the government has failed to respond to its FOIA requests. In a five-page civil complaint brought Monday, attorney James F. Peterson asked U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to heed its requests and begin immediately compiling records related to the government’s probe of Mr. Flynn’s communications with the ambassador.
While initial reports indicated that U.S. intelligence had intercepted Mr. Flynn’s conversations during the course of “routine” eavesdropping, Judicial Watch’s president cited unfounded wiretapping allegations lobbied by Mr. Trump this week as all the more reason for the request to be honored.
"

Judicial Watch is trying to get to the bottom of this, but so far the Justice Dept. doesnt seem the be so interested in providing the information. We so far only have anonymous sources saying it was routine...
I think its hilarious you are challenging that the Flynn leaks did not come from routine surveillance of foreign ambassadors. Dont you know that foreign ambassadors, especially ones that are Americas adversaries are surveilled?
"The FBI has been in the business of spying on diplomats and breaking their codes for far longer than the NSA has.
The FBI not only endeavors to steal or covertly compromise foreign government, military, and commercial computer, telecommunications, and encryption systems being used in the United States, but the FBI and NSA work closely to intercept the communications of all diplomatic missions and international organizations located on American soil.
The Bureau of Investigation, the predecessor to today’s FBI, has been monitoring diplomatic communications since at least 1910
All told, there are almost 600 foreign government embassies, consulates, missions, or representative offices in the United States, all of which are watched to one degree or another by the counterintelligence officers of the FBI.
Every one of these embassies and consulates is watched by the FBI’s legion of counterintelligence officers to one degree or another. But some countries’ receive the vast majority of the FBI’s attention, such as Russia, China, Libya, Israel, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Afghanistan, India, Pakistan, and Venezuela. The tweets do speak for themselves, well at least to those of us who can read and know a little about current technology and about how Trump speaks.
Yea. They are bull****. Just like the hundreds of New Jersey muslims celebrating 9/11, or the millions of cases of voter fraud that cost Trump the popular vote (whatever happened to that executive investigation into voter fraud in this country, oh yea it too was bull****), or how everyone is going to have healthcare coverage. All bull****.

The very fact that we have leaked information for which the o bomb in his last two weeks created a huge smoke screen, that is, not even taking into consideration the timing set, not to affect his administration but all others, especially Trump's, is circumstantial evidence pointing towards motive and foreknowledge of what had occurred, the leaks.
More bull****.

Fortunately we no longer have a stonewalling Justice Department AG who, unlike Holder or Lynch, can and will get to the bottom of who did what. Comey probably should be put out to pasture since he is too coy by half. Let the chips fall where they may, the people who broke the law need to go to jail.

Trump, you will note, broke no laws. Ha ha ha. He just accused a lazy scumbag of something he probably did, indeed, aid and abet at the very least.
Your truly are pathetic. Watch out bud, you may get dizzy from all your spin.

Please do not delude yourself. what you wrote was utterly stupid and uneducated.
Uh huh... and how did you arrive at that, throwing a dart at some dart board with labels? Stop .... no, I will do us both a favor and excuse myself from having to read any more of your inanities. Please do not further post to me, you are wasting both our time.

He's under investigation along with some of his staff and the campaign.

Comey stated that under oath. I doubt he'd cover up for Trump.

Yes, over its long history the FBI is well known for its truth telling. :lamo

Uh huh... and how did you arrive at that
Anyone with reading skills sees the crap you post.

Stop ....
WTF do you think you are?

no, I will do us both a favor and excuse myself from having to read any more of your inanities.
Freedom is wonderful.

I had already said that... so why would you repeat it?

Pretty much. Anything on Politics and/or the economy, those quoted and most the others are not sufficiently credible any longer to accept what they are saying.

Yes, I am familiar with the everyday goings on of different countries in competition with one another in a very paranoid world... and that proves nothing untoward happened HOW? Oh yeah, it doesn't.

You simply have not taken the time to understand how somebody in the world of business, the world of negotiation and deal making, someone used to getting things done while coming to a meeting of the mind, how someone like that operates and speaks. Its not politician speak. He mostly does not lie, no more than most all of us, yet he does exaggerate, he embellishes. Get used to it, its how he is. 70 years old and going strong, its successfully worked for him so why should he change? So you folks on that side don't get your diapers in a wad? Hell no, its fun to watch you peel those babies off after the real **** comes out.

He is the president, whether you like it or not... and its you that will have to adapt to understand him... its not like its hard.

Besides, you do know there was contemporaneous reporting of the roof top antics right, that there is voter fraud and its more widespread than your side acknowledges, right? And as slow as the bomb moved on much of anything, except the golf course, things at the new WH are moving pretty briskly. BTW, did you get your crystal ball on sale? I think you might need to plug it in or something...or take it back, yano?

More BS? You have me confused with you and your comrades. https://www.nytimes.com/2017/01/12/...to-share-intercepted-communications.html?_r=0

Hey, when you are calling someone a name like that, try to get the spelling in the sentence correct, yano? The way you are saying it, I own a "truly" :lamo It would be you are or you're, yano? And oh, I am getting dizzy from all the spin alright...hint: the spin isn't coming from this side.

You are deluding yourself again. I am not posting to you.
So, are you here admitting you cannot see my posts...or what?

Me? I am the ****ing one that told you to stop posting further to me... you know, that one. Not warning you again about it.

Wow, talk about deluding oneself...wow.

So, are you here admitting you cannot see my posts...or what?
I see your posts for exactly what they are, ignorant uneducated partisan crap from afar because you prefer to make idiotic comments instead of contributing to the nation.

Me? I am the ****ing one that told you to stop posting further to me...
Who gives a **** what you said? You are deluding yourself again into thinking that you can tell anyone what to do.

Not warning you again about it.
I am so scared now...

Notice how the Clinton Foundation all but dried up after the election. I guess charity is only important during campaigns. That was the biggest money laundering machine the world has ever seen, and that's why that private server was so damned important.

Meanwhile, there isn't a stitch of evidence yet of Russian collusion. Because the whole liberal crybaby accusation is stupid.

You lost, snowflakes. Get over it and grow up.

Odd group these progressives, they all are foaming at the mouth over the Fake Russian/Trump so called connection
but as of this morning the name of the British Terrorist has not been disclosed as though the evil doers name could
possibly be Tom Smith!
