Monsanto is one of those corporations that are transparently evil. Like if a company were to take over the world and then become wholly evil. Like out of 5th Element, Netrunner, or Brave New World. I could easily see them turning the world into a dystopia. They way the double down on utterly destroying small farmers with bogus lawsuits is unreal. I wouldn't put it past them to secretly perform experiments on humans in secret labs ala a precursor to Umbrella Corp in Resident Evil.

When the Trump administration removes those 'onerous' safety/health/environmental/financial regulations on corporations, Roundup may be the least of our worries.

Monsanto is uniquely evil for using the same active ingredient as the world's most widely used weed killers do.

It was patented by Monsanto and uniqely distributed by patent protection until 2000. That's why Monsanto is the "bad guy."
