It's quite a corner the anti-Trump forces have painted themselves into. Either they admit that the Trump camp was surveilled, during a campaign for the general election, or admit that the journalistic sacred cows lied their asses off, which will ruin the little credibility they have left.

Graham is a grandstanding idiot. He wont get answers from the FBI, as any FISA taps would occur through the DOJ, unless the CIA was investigating a foreign agent or entity of some sort. FISA generally does not work through FBI jurisdiction but through other avenues due to national security concerns and agencies involved in same. DOJ interacts because of the way the statute is written that it requires AG approval in certain cases. Graham SHOULD know this. But he has never been one to be able to resist a spotlight.
