Iraq was taken off the list in the original order, which was issued on Jan 27, because the Iraqi government has imposed new vetting procedures, such as heightened visa screening and data sharing, and because of its work with the US in countering militant Islamic State group fighters, a senior White House official said.

Syria now has a 120 ban on refugees, this 120 day ban can be renewed.
I think this will pass any court challenges.

So tell me exactly what is off topic about showing what happens when you ignore warnings and aren't proactive like this travel ban will be?
