MS-13 gang members charged with 'satanic' killing, kidnapping appear in court

Houston Chronicle:

Diego Hernandez-Rivera, 18, and leader of the group Miguel Alvarez-Flores, 22, also known as "Diabolico," were arrested Monday on charges of aggravated kidnapping in one case and murder in a second in the shooting death of an unidentified woman's body earlier this month on a Houston road.

Hernandez-River and Alvarez-Flores laughed, smiled and waved for the media cameras during Thursday morning's hearing. Both are immigrants in the country illegally, according to court records.

Six illegal aliens lived in a house in Houston and kept the victim prisoner, mutilating her with tattoos and otherwise abusing her. They performed satanic rituals and had a satanic alter, according to the victim. At one point the leader, Diabolico, declared that "the Beast" needed a soul sacrifice, and the next day one of the other women, who was apparently not a prisoner, was gone. The body was found later, and one of the illegals confessed to the killing.
 
MS 13, known as the most violent gang in the country, grew out of the civil war in El Salvador (where it terrorizes and controls much of the country) and spread to Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, and now the USA. The above is just one of many violent and heinous acts they perpetrate all of the time.
 
If I were that kidnapping victim, I would have been much happier knowing that my tormenters had been born in the United States.

Undocumented immigrants - Dreamers perhaps - who are just commiting crimes that Americans refuse to do
 
No one is giving "sanctuary" to the MS 13. They're violent criminals.

Now, should we simply deport the ones who are from other nations? Do that, and they're likely to come back, and no stupid wall is going to keep them home. These are the worst of the worst, and need to be locked up for the safety of the rest of us.

Did you bother to read the linked article? From it, "Nor is there a clear definition of "sanctuary city." By some definitions, Houston qualifies as one, but not by others."

I understand it is a joke but if your kidnappers and tormentors happened to be born in Merika statistically they are unlikely to be bilingual. It would not be any less painful having your nuts hooked up to car battery but it would be slightly less terrifying being able to understand your captors and would be beneficial in identifying the criminals if one understood all that was said.

MS members should be quietly eliminated when found. They are the worst of the worst. Our constitution is not up to the challenge with these guys unless we build a special "Supermax" just for MS13 soldiers so they don't inspire more brutality among the other gangs.

Their latest caper is getting the Indians hooked and dealing so as to make reservation land accessible for moving drugs and soldiers into America.

These M-13 guys are not just creating havoc in Houston they are all over the place. In Long Island
where I'm located they just indicted a slew of them for murdering two highschool girls who happened to
badmouth a gang member on facebook. Imagine if Clinton would have been elected these murdering inbreds
would soon have citizenship!

Yes, when my tormenters have a car battery connected to my nuts, my only thought is, "Gosh, if only we shared a common language so we could talk about the latest episode of Better Call Saul."

Because we all know that one of the cornerstones of Clinton's campaign was making the MS 13 citizens. She would have imported the Taliban next and given them citizenship as well, so they could all vote for Democrats.

People who are convicted of murder and executed for it have no chance to do anything troublesome in prison. And the Constitution unquestionably contemplates capital punishment. It requires only that it not be cruel and unusual, and not be administered without due process of law.
