I believe that illegal voters played a major role in giving Hillary the popular vote win although why is this such an issue for you. the popular vote is irrelevant in the Presidential election but very relevant in the Congressional elections. Too many states don't have voter ID Laws and immigration is the top issue for many. So again, I cannot prove that California illegals gave Hillary the victory but can prove that California did indeed give Hillary the popular vote win with immigration being the top issue. Was it illegals, probably not so I was wrong but I do believe Immigration was the issue, I do believe Illegals voted in California and nationwide.
