This is all very good, except it is completely wrong. Yours is the mess up. If I'm embarrassed than my embarrassment is for you, my poor fellow... I'm not even really paying you much mind, I did make an attempt to get you to use the old noggin to see where you've completely screwed the pooch, but you're stubbornly refusing to see it, despite it being right there in the print. That usually happens when you try to be what your not, you're working your damnedest to put on airs when it is clear to all you're lacking.

But, g'head and proceed sir, since you're working so hard for my attention...

I showed you to have falsely used a phrase for partisan reason. You exerted yourself believing you had me on something, not realizing you were missing the point the entire time. And now you're dancing wildly to preserve your ego. It's obvious to anyone who is paying attention.

You're trying too hard. Just chalk this one up as a loss and move on.

What are you talking about, I effortlessly smacked your initial post aside as your accusation was without merit. I was never missing anything, it was you who was and still is completely clueless. I'm not dancing I'm standing firm, right where I've always stood. Sure I might be a little top heavy with my head held back in almost uncontrollable laughter as you attempt to be that which you clearly aren't, but I've not nor shall I budge a single inch.

Just admit you made a mistake. It's not that big of a deal. You clearly used the phrase incorrectly and you clearly ranted about something I wasn't talking about. These are indisputable facts. Heck, you're not even trying to dispute them, nor are you trying to explain what you claimed was fake news. All you're doing is trying too hard to distract, because you know you don't have truth or facts on your side.
