The budgets proposed by the GOP were cuts. They didn't get their way in the end thanks to the dems. This is the third time in a row I've stated this.

You are being very dishonest. I'm not suprised by this because that is who you are... but it should be noted. You are being deceitful.

The topic is the GOP proposes budget cuts to the VA. Due to having to compromise with the dems, they don't get their way.

Do you not understand what a budget or funding cut is?

It means you have less money than the year before not more money.
This is basic budget accounting.

This is one of those lies that the libs repeat over and over and then they act like it is true.

So, if you got a 6% increase one year, then got 5% the next year, that is a cut to the libs, even though your budget increased. They are just spending crazy and this is something they do to try and trick the American people.
All of Washington talks this way now.

It will be tough enough for Trump to eliminate Obamacare. It will be next to impossible to stop a state, such as California, from adopting an "Obamacare" health system. Obamacare is here to stay.

Still waiting for you to acknowledge that you are not recognizing anything I said. I said republicans propose cuts repeatedly on the VA. And I've given you multiple links proving this. The only reason why they don't get their way and the VA gets a slight increase is becuase of republicans have to compromise with dems who fight for better VA budgets.

This is like the fourth or fifth time I've corrected you on this. Get it now? Probably not. You may continue with your lying about what I've been saying.

I just showed they didn't cut anything it was increased by 5%. That is what the GOP proposed.
This is about the 5th or 6th time you have been told this.

Here is the lie

In that budget congress approved a 171b dollar bill.
That is 4b more dollars than the previous year.

You are lying when you say they cut anything.

What obama requested was 1.4b more that he didn't get.
That is not a cut. A budget cut would mean they had less money than the year before.
They had more money Than the year before.

So your dishonesty is proven in full in front of everyone.
