Did we? I don't think I ever did. In fact, I had to do some research to see if there were any documented instances, because I didn't remember there being any. Obviously, I wasn't hung up on it; probably because it's happened to every president since Truman.

For gods sake, why can't Trump condemn Russia? Look at he treated the president of Mexico, the prime minister of Australia, his reaction to Iran, etc. But he can't bring himself to even tweet something slightly tough towards Russia?

How is it a conspiracy theory when the factual links have been exposed? First Manafort then Flynn then the revelation that others in his campaign and now the White House were in regular communication with FSB agents. It isn't a conspiracy theory if it's demonstrably real.

"Why can't Trump condemn Russia?"

That's the question that has been bothering me for a while now. How is it that Trump, who is quite willing to change his mind about nearly anything (not entirely a bad thing), has been so consistent with Putin/Russia? Now I am trying not to jump conclusions here, but his stance with Russia together with the Flynngate + DNC hack... it's just getting hard not to be suspicious. So a simple question. Why would Trump not clear way for an investigation if he really has nothing to hide? Heck, he could even win back a little bit of his somewhat lackluster approval rating if he'd agree that an investigation is needed or even condemn some of Russia's transgressions.

That's the problem: no facts have been exposed. The intel community STILL hasn't stated that it was definitely the Russians. They, "think it might have been the Russian", and that's as far as any of them will go.

The Russians didn't meddle with/rig/steal the election. That's another conspiracy theory you people have been pushing.

They didn't RIG or STEAL anything, agreed on that. However, the fact remains that DNC was hacked and those leakes did have an effect on the elections. There's no way around it. Granted, that (wikileaks) effect was very tiny to the overall result, I'm sure Trump would have won without it nicely (although I'm not so sure about the whole Comey thing), but someone did try to meddle with the U.S. Elections. This should bother absolutely anyone who is a freedom loving individual.

Here, here. Absolutely. The Russians are famous for being brilliant chess players. And watching Putin play the US is like watching a grand chessmaster at play. Have you ever seen one start with a rook and two pawns and take down an inexperienced opponent with a full set of pieces? It's breathtaking to watch. And sadly, right now I feel like I'm watching that chess game from the losing side.

And the president of Mexico has every reason to tell Trump his country is not paying for wall, and Trump responded with a Twitter spat, threatening a tariff, and an entire meeting was scraped. Russia can deploy a banned missle and sent a spy ship to our coasts, and Trump doesn't say ****. This is a total joke. I am sure Trump is feeling like a punk, because he has such a tender ego. Putin is making him look like a total fool, and Trump knows it. Stand by your man though.
