I'm an American who alongside millions of other veterans worked years in Afghanistan, one of the 7 countries listed on the travel ban.
There's only one problem there chief; Afghanistan isn't one of the several countries on the travel ban.
You only hold him up because his opinion agrees with yours. You ignore all the other veterans who are against the ban. It's silly to try to use our military to back up your ****ty opinions.
We know that Trump won a higher percentage of the military vote than his opponent:
" According to CNN exit polls, veterans voted at a 2-1 ratio for Trump over Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton"

And that many veterans in fact do support the travel ban.

If we're basing opinions on how many years of military experience one has, your opinions mean jack **** and you should let the real men talk.
I just did  Go read what they had to say.

What about the 10's of thousands of people we have murdered every year by Americans? Maybe we should start targeting them as well. You paint millions of innocent people with the same broad brush as killers, instead of holding individuals responsible for their actions.
I've never killed anyone, sorry. Don't lump me in with 'we'.
No one is saying Iraq was a paradise under Sadam, but it was a hell of a lot better for the average Iraqi than it is now. Their country is in shambles and ISIS is tearing up the country side. Have you considered many muslims might not like us because we prop up US friendly dictators and overthrow US unfriendly governments?
