“When a country is no longer able to say who can, and who cannot , come in & out, especially for reasons of safety &.security — big trouble!” Trump posted on Twitter.

He also appeared to question the legitimacy of the federal judge who issued the ruling.

“The opinion of this so-called judge, which essentially takes law-enforcement away from our country, is ridiculous and will be overturned!” Trump tweeted.

Wow. We have a middle schooler in office.

I am really starting to miss Dubya.

Has this happened under other Presidents? Say from Reagan forwards???

Obama attacked supreme court justices several times. This has only mattered since around noonish on January 20th.

Links and was it insulting?

The judge made a decision rooted purely in emotion and not the legal precedent or text of the law, questioning his decision is perfectly legitimate.

someone here just wants to female dog about everything the president is doing....

This will go to the SCOTUS. And when they rule against him he will **** a brick on Twitter like the 12 year old he is.

Surely you can show us where and when Obama personally attacked a judge? Or is this just you sharing your namesake with us?

Gee, is this Seattle judge also of Mexican ethnicity? ;)

You already know how the supreme court, especially one that will probably have one of his nominees on it, will rule against him?

that will be a tragic day, because courts are not supposed to make up new law, and the existing law gives broad authority to bar non nationals from entering the country. the apparent idea being circulated is that we should give any non national a cause of action against the US Government for not admitting them, which is a dangerous precedent.

I find it amazing too that our own State's Attorney General is now arguing basically that State Governments have a cause of action on immigration policy against the federal government when the constitution clearly puts immigration enforcement as a federal responsibility.

Attacking a member of he federal judiciary as RIDICULOUS and referring to him as a SO CALLED JUDGE is simply an indication of the deep resentment Trumplethinksin harbors to anyone who opposes him and stands up to his megalomania and narcissism.

You got that right!

Makes me proud to be a Washintonian!

I agree 100%

Its worse.... his favorite film is rumored to be LAWRENCE OF ARABIA, he enjoys shish kebob and other middle eastern food, and he has said to have an Oriental rug in his home. How this guy is allowed within a half mile of any American court house is a mystery that needs to be investigated by Congress.

the judge is a bush appointee and the bush family hates trump

Why? that your attorney general is wasting the resources of his office to set himself up for a future Gubernatorial run?
because that's entirely what this is about, is setting himself up for the democratic primary in 2020. You can't even articulate a legal reason or duty for him to do it, it just feels good to you.

I am getting a chubby over it. The SCOTUS will strike this down.
