I don't think they will. There is no legal basis for this judge's ruling, what we had is a judge with future political ambitions making a bad ruling, it happens. district court rulings are overturned routinely.
and the judge hasn't even actually ruled yet, this is purely a TRO pending trial.

Well you claim to know more then courts that haven't actually ruled yet. so right back at ya.

Besides, it's not a matter of who knows what, no decision has actually been made, a stay has been ordered pending a trial.

"the country" can say who may enter, but contrary to his ego, he is not the sum and total of the country. In fact, what the court is saying is he's already broken his oath to uphold the constitution and should be removed

How has he broken the constitution????? the law grants him the power he used, so please show where, and imiginary rules you wish were in the constitution but are not do not count.

that will be a tragic day, because courts are not supposed to make up new law, and the existing law gives broad authority to bar non nationals from entering the country. the apparent idea being circulated is that we should give any non national a cause of action against the US Government for not admitting them, which is a dangerous precedent.

I find it amazing too that our own State's Attorney General is now arguing basically that State Governments have a cause of action on immigration policy against the federal government when the constitution clearly puts immigration enforcement as a federal responsibility.

Yeah. The state AG argument is one of the most ridiculous things that I've ever seen. The idea that the federal government has no right to determine who can or can't come into this country is something California and the rest of Mexico might have dreamed up but the fact that this took place in Washington (and Minnesota) shows that there are a lot of judges who need to be removed from office.
