Seem's like this is going to out just how politicized our judicial system is....Wonder if any of these judges (some Obama appointees) will be impeached over this?

I'm lazy. Can someone point me to the actual argument the judge used to justify this? CNN, showing their typical lack of journalistic integrity, failed to provide that.
 
A Seattle judge doesn’t set our immigration policy. Judge has zero enforcement power over the executive branch - ask Chief Justice Marshall if you don’t believe me, LOL!!

As much as I think this judge is wrong (unless the reasons are valid/still waiting), I'd rather Trump not push this through just because the S.C. has no enforcement power.
 
EO has already been declared lawful by the DOJ. And the US Code gives the President, not Judges, authority over immigration. His ruling is moot.

Do you have a link the the reasoning the judge used for this suspension? CNN failed to provide it because they're the propoganda arm of the DNC.

The judge doesn't want to say too much, because he knows he's over-stepped his constitutional authority.

Dept of Justice said it wasn't legal and the acting AG was fired for it. Her replacement hasn't filed a brief yet.

The Constitution gives the States authority to sue the federal government and it gives the court authority to see if it has standing....which apparently this one does.

The judge said something about the WH or EO in violation of the due process clause when it canceled all those visas.

It is my understanding that this was because the original EO included those with permanent resident status, that has since been resolved, so then it is NOT in violation due to this...
