Wait, wait... hold on a second, Reading the story, Ok sad yups, but I have a bunch of questions
1) Is the 4 month old a legal US citizen i didnt catch that in the story.
2) Is the Parents Citizen, The Grandparents and the Uncle are, But are the DIRECT parents citizens?
3) They Filled out the forms, but it was not Approved yet? (vetted)..... Plenty of application Visa get turned away...
So the parents of unknown citizenship at this time, the child of unknown citizenship at this time, fearful of the care they daughter might received in another country. Wants to received the best medical care they can, wants to come to America to do so, So filing for appropriate Visa's etc etc and thats great, When its time, the rules unfortunately changed and they are unable to get the care they wanted?
1) If they are truly Citizens, it doesnt Ban American Citizen travel, if I am not mistaken.
2) As generic as I am going to say this, I made an appointment to a doctor, they said they would take me before hand, then a couple days prior too , they call me back and say sorry we cant help you, while that sucks, it is within their very right to do so and I must suck it and make other arrangements. If I had signed a binding contract then it is what it is, and they are responsible, but they were in the process of visa's etc. Not completed and on the door step and turned away.
3) The child is not being limited of care, they just want to be treated in the USA. But they can still take the child to their country of origin, with that, I am sure they will be able to appeal I dont think the story is completely over.
4) Hate to say it, but if it was a 4month old legal Citizen, and a 4month old non legal citizen wanting to take advantage of our health care system, whos in line first?
