Re: Family of 4-month-old set to have surgery at OHSU impacted by Trump's executive o

Did you even read the article before your brain spun out this post? She isn't a citizen. Her parents aren't citizens. Her uncle and grandparents are citizens. It's laid out right in the link.

Did you need read my post before your brain spun out your Post, The POST did not clarify the questions I asked, That is why I am asking the questions. It did NOT say they were or were not..... relax.....

If she and her parents need Visas to come in to the United States, they aren't citizens. This isn't complicated.

Was that so difficult to answer in the first place rather than being a jerk about it? I missed that, yes, it didnt process, as I am human and I make mistakes. A simple answer like you stated could have avoided 3 useless post and some back and forth.... talk about needless conflict....

How many Americans were killed by illegals that were allowed into sanctuary cities after multiple deportations?

Selective outrage. Liberals excel at it.

Re: Family of 4-month-old set to have surgery at OHSU impacted by Trump's executive o

This is unfortunate for this family.

I won't be able to travel to her country for another 5 years until the ban runs out on people like me.

Seems a little early and out of your realm of knowledge to say that this doesn't make us any safer.

The illegal we do immediately. The unconstitutional takes a little bit longer.

People tend to actually read the link being discussed. Maybe you don't know the protocol of posting on boards. I just helped you out. I'd suggest next time reading the link before posting in a thread about it. It prevents these things from happening.

I wonder why they chose to come to the US for medical treatment,,

I hear Canada has a better medical system than the US.. Except if you don't have insurance or the ability to pay,, your not welcome...

I also heard Michael Moore say that Cuba has a better medical system than the US... Why don't they go there?

People on this site say that the EU has a better system than the US.. why not go there?

a baby that died that didnt have to...yeah, maybe a little emotion there

They could have used Iranian medical facilities, but they used the baby's life as a bargaining chip. It was an elective choice.

LOL I did read the link hence the reason of my post, I misunderstood it, and you are right, the fact that they needed to file for a "Visa" escaped me thinking about citizenship. As for Protocol of posting on a board has no validity of making an error/mistake. While im sure you might be tired of correcting everyone for their mistakes, you again dont have to be a jerk about it... have some class... or is that your MO, pick out specifics to make you feel dominant. You did a great job more power too you.

Its funny I admit a mistake and you the you criticize me about my posting protocol..... LOL... unbelievable.

Wait, wait... hold on a second, Reading the story, Ok sad yups, but I have a bunch of questions

1) Is the 4 month old a legal US citizen i didnt catch that in the story.
2) Is the Parents Citizen, The Grandparents and the Uncle are, But are the DIRECT parents citizens?
3) They Filled out the forms, but it was not Approved yet? (vetted)..... Plenty of application Visa get turned away...

So the parents of unknown citizenship at this time, the child of unknown citizenship at this time, fearful of the care they daughter might received in another country. Wants to received the best medical care they can, wants to come to America to do so, So filing for appropriate Visa's etc etc and thats great, When its time, the rules unfortunately changed and they are unable to get the care they wanted?

1) If they are truly Citizens, it doesnt Ban American Citizen travel, if I am not mistaken.
2) As generic as I am going to say this, I made an appointment to a doctor, they said they would take me before hand, then a couple days prior too , they call me back and say sorry we cant help you, while that sucks, it is within their very right to do so and I must suck it and make other arrangements. If I had signed a binding contract then it is what it is, and they are responsible, but they were in the process of visa's etc. Not completed and on the door step and turned away.
3) The child is not being limited of care, they just want to be treated in the USA. But they can still take the child to their country of origin, with that, I am sure they will be able to appeal I dont think the story is completely over.
4) Hate to say it, but if it was a 4month old legal Citizen, and a 4month old non legal citizen wanting to take advantage of our health care system, whos in line first?
