First, your side has overdosed on these terms in the past to the point of complete meaning diminution, to dilution levels current infinitesimally small, of homeopathic prescription potency. So to address your silly question, which it should be noted that I already addressed aptly, thoroughly and quite correctly before... I will put it in an A or B first priority manner as you so require...
Of course it would be that A that would get the priority. Well, of course, unless someone of the B category were in line ahead of A, in which case B would get the priority as we are an orderly society and whoever gets in line first has the priority.
In the case of the temporary ban on the 7 countries identified by the O bomb as terrorist countries, neither/none would have priority. All are banned equally.
But, in that the Christian folk being savaged only because of their religion [ I am not a Christian, btw ] they should probably. logically and most humanitarianly, have the most expeditious treatment if only because of the exigencies of the reality of the dire situation.
Dealing with stark reality is also, quite apparently, not a favored leftist trait.
