Daily Presidential Tracking Poll (Trump at 59% approval)

Well screw national security if Fester needs to water his chickens.
I'm pretty sure there is a way to both build a wall AND provide water to those people who's property borders the Rio Grand but it isn't a small problem.

I'm looking at a US map right now and the Rio Grand runs along the Texas/Mexico border from New Mexico all the way to the Gulf of Mexico. We're talking something along the lines of 1000 miles of river access and I'm pretty sure there are MANY ranchers along that river which depend on it for water.

"Build the wall" sounds great and I do support it but only if peoples livelihoods are not trampled because of it.

British Prime Minister only speaking to republican Americans of congress.

And delivering a highly conservative message to JUST republicans.

What a sickening display of partisanship from the country I was born in .

Erections have consequences.

trump will lose the eminent domain argument within his own GOP .

Are we speaking about the same trump?

The one who liberals said absolutely could not beat hillary in 2016?

No one hates you.. Okay... that might have changed a bit with the whole electing a lazy whiny spoiled child and trying to make the successful parts of America as great as the places republicans are in charge of.... But it's not as bad as you think.

Speak for yourself

We have 8 years of experience with obama so he is too well known to fall for that

Maybe run a pipe UNDER the wall?

As long as its not big enough for a mexican to crawl through

Daily Presidential Tracking Poll - Rasmussen Reports™

While the pathologically liberal media continues its emotional breakdown and offbeat liberals spiral into suicide watch, Donald Trump is winning over American voters in droves. Now at 59% approval and climbing.

These basic, common-sense policy measures that normal Americans have been waiting for forever are sending liberals into a strange frenzy. Everyday Americans are really impressed by the get-to-it approach right out of the gates.

What is so threatening about:

  • Border and national security in a terrorism age
  • Immigration reform and law enforcement
  • Reducing the size of government
  • Lowering taxes for citizens and businesses
  • Ensuring election results are accurate and lawful
  • Encouraging American companies to build in America
  • Re-working NAFTA from a $60 billion deficit for America to a more equitable deal
  • Getting rid of TPP
  • Re-working trade deals that are more fair and beneficial to America
  • Demanding more fairness from the UN
  • Replacing Obamacare with a plan that actually works
  • Calling the media out for its well-known bias and unprofessionalism
  • ......and we're only four days in.

Actually, I know exactly what the freak-out is about. It's because this is going to work, and liberals know it. They MUST delegitimize Trump as quickly as possible before it does work. He's going to secure the Rust Belt in the process, and win in 2020 as a result.

Just proof that liberals aren't interested in really fixing problems. They just create make-believe problems and "solve" them, while the important matters go untouched.

I don't particularly like Trump as a guy, but damned if he doesn't absolutely work his ass off and get things in motion. Ego-driven or not, it's going to accomplish things. This could be the most active presidential term we've seen in our lifetimes.

Gallup Daily: Trump Job Approval | Gallup

Gallup has him at 46% approval and 45% disapproval.

Let me guess..... you live in a place that is dominated by Republicans and your local economy isn't doing all that well.

Maybe Obama isn't the one trying to screw you?

Actually... GOP staffers are dismayed by how lazy Trump is. Apparently all he wants to do is watch TV and has a very short attention span.

LOL, Texas is thriving. It's ALWAYS thriving. California teeters on virtual bankruptcy every minute of its pathetic, subsidized existence.

My state has a good economy compared to other places

We get a lot of refugees from California and new york moving here

Harris County voted for Clinton
Dallas County voted for Clinton
Bexar County voted for Clinton
Travis County voted for Clinton

The only major economic county in Texas to vote for Trump was Tarrant county.. That's the 2nd largest county by economy to vote for Trump in the US.

Thank God for Cowtown

Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio are heavily liberal and democrat

Maybe you didn't know that but we sure did

You'd think that voting for Clinton would have been a hint... huh.. weird.

Those are the economic centers of Texas...ie where the money is. Wonder why the places that vote Republican haven't exploded economically? Well... explode in a good way, not explode like everyone loses their job and becomes dependent on the government while also demanding that the government stops taking care of freeloaders.

What is so threatening about:
.

What is so threatening to you about a more nuanced discussion than these ridiculous bullet points.

Here's what's threatening: wasting huge amounts of time, resources, and money on projects that don't noticeably improve any of those things.

I thought you people cared about fiscal responsibility. What's so threatening to you about fiscal responsibility?

None of the cookie cutter lib publications is going to say anything positive about president trump

Lol, Trumps nominee for labor secretary donated $150,000 to Trumps campaign and ran his California fund raising campaign. Puzder is against minimum wages and is actively pursuing automated kiosks for fast food, eliminating jobs. He's everything Trump campaigned against, yet.... here he is.

The nicest thing you could say about this is that it's a great example of pay-for-play politics.

The people who support Trump aren't conservatives and their behavior is shocking.

On the bright side, Trump may be enough of a rabid dog to bring both sides of the aisle together. Most people are pretty rational once they actually understand an issue.

I see the clear thinking of us on the right (we who aren't part of the - what was it The Donald called it again? - oh yes! "Sea of Love") and the clear thinking on the left (translation - no Debbie Wasserman-Schultzes) banding together sooner than would normally happen. I am desperately trying to say good things about Trump, but whatever good feelings I developed recently flew right out when I saw snippets of that interview he granted to ABC. That man is absolutely insufferable. It's sick.

As someone who used to be a Republican, but is now a Democrat... I sincerely hope so. Also, the rational people don't really have much choice. Our differences aren't nearly as big as the national catastrophe that's unfolding.

Paul Ryan is looking mighty presidential from where I'm sitting. Also the Republicans publicly bucking Trump deserve a hell of a lot of credit.
