I don't figure that the LEOs would expend much energy or resources to track them down and bring them to court. Do you?

Protest...fine..have a ball. Commit acts of violence? Different story.
If they are smart they will hit them with organized crime charges under the RICO statutes as well. It should be painful.

It would be hard for me to believe that these types of people don't have regular contact with police, so they would be out there with their warrants very long.

A lot of police departments cut rioters slack, like when that one idiot in Baltimore told the police to give them space to destroy stuff. The DC police see a lot of protesting so they have some pretty strict laws about rioting and they aren't afraid to use them. Good deal. I hope the courts aren't easy on them.

We are talking about felonies. If they don't appear, they will be on the FBI's wanted list. They won't be able to use an ATM or credit card, travel with an ID, or even use their cell phones. They cannot cross State lines for protection. The FBI is not the same as the administrations in riot friendly cities.
