What we know is that you don't have a clue what a leak is. When classified data shows up on an unsecured server, it's a leak. It's officially called SPILLAGE. Get a ****ing clue, or better yet don't involve yourself in something you know nothing about. Ever had a clearance, ever opened a classified safe or ever held a classified doc in your own hands? If you say yes to any one of those, then you are admitting to lying through your teeth this entire time. If you say no to any of those, then you know nothing about this.

Given how utterly incompetent Carson ran his own political campaign and how absurdly ridiculous some of the things he said during the election season were, I'm not having high hopes for his selection here. I hope I'm wrong, but this just seems like quid pro quo.

Anyone who says that Ben Carson is unqualified is the same type of person who would say a Black student with a 4.0 GPA and a perfect SAT score got into Harvard because of Affirmative Action. For all the talk about Trump using dog-whistles to appeal to racists, it's pretty shocking that those same people are all of a sudden blind and deaf to those saying Ben Carson is unqualified for this cabinet post.

"Had" =/= "leaked." Leak implies you gave it to someone.

Your definiton of "leak" is apparently made-up. But congratulations on your longest post ever.

Yes, Comey "fell on his sword" by re-opening and then closing (again) the investigation the week before the election. He's the real victim here!

Christie already got his as leader of transition team before he got booted off because he didn't get along with Trump's family and because of his legal issues. I don't know who Duncan is and Coulter is a nobody. But what does that have to do with what I said?

Sorry Kobie, American is right. A data leakage is "the unauthorized transfer of classified information from a computer or datacenter to the outside world. "

Face it, by not storing properly the confidential, secret & top secret mails, Clinton leaked data to the outside world. Intent isn't part of the equation.

It's pretty obvious she benefited from her status in order to avoid any punishment, a lot of government officials were sentenced for far less even though there was no distribution intent.

10 times people were punished for far less than Hillary Clinton

However, this subject has been heavily debated & is not relevant to the thread. May we stay on topic ?
 
Dr. Carson is a brilliant brain surgeon. In a room full of random brain surgeons odds are Carson is the most talented. If I had to get brain surgery I want him doing it.

Handling a scalpel and running a large organization are two very different skill sets. I don't see how he is qualified for this position.

Now, if you had predicted Obama would be a failure of majestic proportions, domestically and internationally... you might have a case to make. (I did... as it was obvious this Wright inspired racist did not like America. He even told us... through his "fundamentally changing America" line.

If you had predicted Trump would be a serious contender (didnt have to even claim he'd win it all), you might be taken seriously. I predicted he'd win and destroy Hillary... how and why in both instances.

Carson will do just fine. He knows the problem, and putting an extremely successful black man in that position, someone who knows the problems... isn't just a good choice, it's a great one.

You guys seem to think that Ben Carson, as leading pediatric neurosurgeon in the country, didn't have a leadership role at Johns Hopkins. You'd be wrong.

Except Ben Carson was head of a large Department within John Hopkins University. You just don't think he's qualified because he's Black.

What's wrong there? The HUDsec needs to be an administrator and a manager, who can carry out the departments mission according to the marching orders from on high. At the level Carson was appointed to he doesn't need to be building housing.

I'm not familiar enough with Carson and his background, but being a surgeon at his level likely means he has admin experience
