White Nationalists Salute the President-Elect: "Hail Trump!" - The Atlantic
This is the alt-right. Richard Spencer is the guy who originally coined the term.
My 'favorite' line (not yet clear if he's talking about leftists or jews) from the video:
The video contains excerpts from a documentary that will be released in December.
When we talk about Steve Bannon, the ex-chair of Breitbart and our new chief strategist, acting as a platform for the alt-right (something he has no problem admitting) these are the kind of people that we are talking about him hosting.
The below quote from Steve was at an interview at the RNC convention - How Donald Trump's New Campaign Chief Created an Online Haven for White Nationalists | Mother Jones
So a few questions for the thread:
Should Trump denounce this portion of his support?
Should Trump continue to appoint people to key positions who have had a hand in providing platform to these people?
Are these people deplorable?
“Hail Trump, hail our people, hail victory!”
That’s how Richard B. Spencer saluted more than 200 attendees on Saturday, gathered at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C., for the annual conference of the National Policy Institute, which describes itself as “an independent organization dedicated to the heritage, identity, and future of people of European descent in the United States, and around the world.”
Spencer rose and delivered a speech to his followers dripping with anti-Semitism, and leaving no doubt as to what he actually seeks. He referred to the mainstream media as “Lügenpresse,” a term he said he was borrowing from “the original German”; the Nazis used the word to attack their critics in the press.

Richard Spencer said:One wonders if these people are people at all, or instead soulless golems animated by some dark power

Steve Bannon said:We’re the platform for the alt-right [...] Look, are there some people that are white nationalists that are attracted to some of the philosophies of the alt-right? Maybe. Are there some people that are anti-Semitic that are attracted? Maybe. Right? Maybe some people are attracted to the alt-right that are homophobes, right?
