Boss tells pro-Trump employees to resign | Fox News

The CEO of Grubhub, an online food delivery service, sent a company wide email Wednesday suggesting employees who agree with President-elect Donald Trump’s behaviors and his campaign rhetoric should resign.
“If you do not agree with this statement then please reply to this email with your resignation because you have no place here,” wrote Matt Maloney, Co-Founder of Grubhub. “We do not tolerate hateful attitudes on our team."
The irony of this arrogant twat is amazing.

I'll never use the service again and tell others to follow suit.

There's no place for this intolerant ****...

LOL!!!

No tolerance for hateful attitudes? Really?

Furthermore a person doesn't have to be "full of hatred" to have voted for Trump. It could easily have been any BLack person who was too deeply offended by her "bring them to heel" comments or an offended Bernie Sanders supporter who was too outraged by the systemic cheating. I think this could be a grubhub publicity stunt.

Don't know about the food they deliver but his tears sure are delicious.

Actually the CEO doesn't say if you voted for Trump but rather if you agree with his behavior and campaign rhetoric...

YUGE difference if you believe some voted AGAINST Hillary by voting FOR Trump without agreeing with his campaign rhetoric or antics... :peace

This is Liberal America. This is what the Libbos really have in store for us.

Hope he manages to weed out the Trump supporters and kick them to the curb.

Typical Fox misleading sensationalist headlines.

Read the letter itself, it's in a small thumbnail that can be expanded. Then make your decision.

The guy's absolutely right. He has every right to expect his employees to represent his business in a professional non-adversarial manner.

It's a sad reality that we expect a higher level of professionalism from low wage delivery employees, than from a Presidential candidate. There's some things I'll never understand, I guess.

I've said it before, the reason many liberals ascribe the probability of certain poor behavior to Conservatives is because that kind of behavior is EXACTLY what they foresee themselves doing in a similar situation. I think Freud called it "transference"

He can ask them to act professional.

He is a moron for initimidation which is also illegal.
He is in fact creating a hostile work environment.

While he's referencing Trump, he's not specifically going after Trump supporters, but rather stating Trump-like behaviour will not be tolerated in his service organization. And he fully has that right!

There will be boycotts of all Drumph properties and merchandise too. We like voting with our wallet. Depending on what Drumph does there maybe picketing and other activities to disrupt any semblance of success of the Drumph "empire". We will see if he behaves. President may not subvert our countries historic values and many of his rants do just that, He can't invite the KKK to the Whitehouse for instance.

Intolerance is a cancer that the elite have promoted for a very long time.

It is time to do better.

We can manage.

I hope some of his employees that supported Trump look into what legal ramifications they have over this. No employee should be subjected to a hostile work environment just because political opinions differ.

He had shown himself to be worse for workers rights than Trump ever could be.

I think you hit the nail on the head.

That's not surprising. Americans in some places accept drug testing of welfare recipients but not members of Congress.

McDonald's employees also get drug tested if they accidentally burn themselves but cops won't if the shoot and kill a person.

Americans are always putting the screws to those whom are believed to be beneath them in social status.

I certainly agree with his right to fire any employee because of their political ideology but I find it rather ironic that someone who espouses the high ideals of inclusiveness would also imply that those with whom he disagrees not be included in his organization.

Trump like behavior, or Trump like thinking.

The difference matters bigly.

You thought more than a minute fifteen seconds about this I see....

That's exactly what it is.
