I was part of the anti-trump rally that started in Union Square last night and ended up at Trump Tower. I saw terror, I saw disbelief and I saw a lot of anger out there. I wanted to share what I saw with you guys and ask whether you think a people driven revolution is something feasible in a country like the U.S.

Not by dimwits who are doing this kind of thing. If you want a revolution you have to offer the people something better than what they have and all these protesters have managed to do is throw temper tantrums. They offer nothing to the people except violence, hate, fear and bigotry and that's not how you start a revolution.

Yeah....so, people who don't support 2nd amendment rights....are probably not gonna fare well against those that do....if you catch my drift.

Just saying.

Your very first post is talking about ARMED REVOLUTION!!!

I think you need to take a US Government class and learn how power is transferred here in this country.

The losers have four years to get their game plan up and running to attempt a victory in the White House.
The losers have two years to get their game plan up and running to attempt a victory in the House and Senate.

I also think you need to learn the fact not everyone thinks like you do, nor shares your idea of a 'people's revolution".

Even if Hillary won, I really do not believe you would see many responsible citizens stomping around in the streets disrupting societies flow.

Your very first post here tells me you have no familiarity with how democracy works, and are totally unfamiliar with our American way of life.

No.

This is just noise, a tantrum. Perfectly acceptable under our ideal of free expression, but just noise nonetheless.

This type of reaction should not come as a surprise to anyone either. The MSM has stoked this flame via active demonization, but those vested in SJW ideology are well-versed in this protest ideology/methodology.

It will burn out fairly soon. :coffeepap:

PS...a PEOPLE DRIVEN REVOLUTION JUST HAPPENED.......deal with it.

or...go back to some banana republic where they do this after each and every election.

Wait... You want an "armed" revolution. Well since people like you don't like guns and want to take them away, I think that is stupid.

What you also saw was stupidity, cowardice, irresponsibility, disrespect, vandalism, and a total disregard for others. George Soros has and uses a very well organized system of agitating mush filled young skulls. Several ugly things are going to happen over the next few days. Barack Obama will clearly expose his duplicitous cowardice for all the world to see. If there is a backlash with a racial component, things will get particularly ugly for the minority combatants. Things like this have happened before and we are still here. It would be better if selfish little butt-hurt children would go back home to their mom's basements and play computer games.

may I amplify your post a bit?

Those that hate guns and know nothing about them are going to have a tough time starting a "people's revolution" against those of us who have been around guns all our life.

Political ideology does not make rifles hit their targets.

Proper breathing, sight alignment and trigger control does.

BRING IT!!!

In short:

GROW UP!

Trump was elected fair, square, and by the book.
Didn't he admit the election was rigged? He said it countless times. So now it was fair and square? I'm confused. Oh....it was rigged if he lost.....gotcha. What do I bet that you were probably one of those who was agreeing right along side him.....am I right?

The people who designed a system that has given us a President the majority of people did not want twice in the last 16 years should have foreseen that it would eventually result in civil unrest.

So, join the revolution.

Grow the **** up.

I'm beginning to get real tired of watching all these crying, whiny pansy ass people stomp their feet, hold their breath, and throw temper tantrums because they didn't get their way.

If you are scared than you are a ****ing moron.

Obama NOT TRUMP set the precedent of KILLING US CITIZENS without prosecution or trial. THAT is something you should be afraid of. Were you? No.

So just stop the bull ****.

My god this country isn't going to fall because of Trump it is going to fall because it is filled with a bunch of whiny bitches.

:soap

Wait, I thought angry white republicans were the violent ones.

I see a bunch of morons that dont know how elections work. But I DO encourage them to kick, and stomp, and protest. It wil be good for them to get out of the house and get some color on their cheeks. Besides...impotent rage is hilarious.

I think this is an exciting time to be a leftist. They get to warm up rioting about the election, then get to start going to global warming rallies, anti-war rallies, etc...all the things the cool kids did back in the 60s but they couldnt do because there was a rat president in the WH.

I can totally believe people being terrified by an angry mob of people walking around with hanging effigies. I'm glad there were police on hand to make sure these violent people were kept in check.

Oh....and welcome to the board. You came in in such a way that I know what to expect, right out of the gate. I expect a drove of others like you to be joining up here soon.

It was rigged for Hillary, and yet.....Trump still won. I'd call that a LANDSLIDE. :2wave:

Which goes to show how much he really earned it, despite the system being against him.

riiiiiiiiiiight. You probably believe he is going to build a wall too......am I right?

I don't really care if he does or not. I suspect our immigration laws will be enforced, at the very least. SCOTUS has been saved, that was my main concern. :)

There was an election. He won. Stop whining.

but I do not expect them to last very long.

We may fuss, cuss, and disagree with each other all day long, but we have all learned to behave within certain parameters.

I do not see those in this video or its poster being able to do that.
