No criminality in Clinton emails - FBI[W:134]

Re: No criminality in Clinton emails - FBI

LOL It's a vast left wing conspiracy!!! Head for the hills. You don't understand the laws or that her job as SOS effects her case. You need to "lawyer up" dude.

nope no conspiracy about it. Just what we knew about most liberals in Washington. they are corrupt unethical hacks that don't like laws that apply to them.
seeing how others have been prosecuted for less than what Clinton did equal protection says that she should be.

yet this corrupt administration has made a mockery of the US so called justice system.

Why Hillary Won't Be Indicted and Shouldn't Be: An Objective Legal Analysis

The American Prospect is a quarterly American political magazine dedicated to American liberalism. Based in Washington, D.C., The American Prospect says it aims "to advance liberal and progressive goals through reporting, analysis, and debate about today’s realities and tomorrow’s possibilities."[SUP][3][/SUP]

Or this academician from a liberal cesspool of a school that hikes student fees on the later of excessive political correctness.

ANNALS OF THE 1 PERCENT: University Of Michigan To Pay Diversity Bureaucrat $385,000 Yearly

The University of Michigan is paying its newly-appointed chief diversity officer a sweet salary that is substantially more than any governor in any state makes.
Robert Sellers is the taxpayer-funded administrator who has struck it rich, according to Michigan Capitol Confidential.

Inventing position, exorbitantly and excessively compensated, from other people's money, rather than actually earning it.
Yeah, that 's a liberal for you.

Re: No criminality in Clinton emails - FBI

congress should be done with it and appoint a special prosecutor. let them see all the evidence and determine whether or not
it should go before a grand jury but they don't have the balls to do it.

it is clear that she violated several laws and statues and anyone would be able to nail her rear end to the wall.
since the previous CIA director said intent is not enough to protect you.

You are forgetting what Comey said...
Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. Prosecutors necessarily weigh a number of factors before bringing charges. There are obvious considerations, like the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent. Responsible decisions also consider the context of a person’s actions, and how similar situations have been handled in the past.

In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here.

To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.

There are no similar cases where prosecution was recommended PERIOD. That was made perfectly clear by Comey. You are asking for nothing less than "railroading" her simply because you think she should be punished. We don't prosecute for those reasons in this country at least. Maybe you should join Trump in Russia if you want that behavior.

Trump is the only presidential candidate to lose ONE BILLION DOLLARS in one year.
That is an amazing accomplishment, any way you look at it. The government might even notice if that much went missing!

He is also one of the richest self made billionaires to run for office in recent years. You have to be worth billions to lose a billion.

It is easy for a business to have record losses yet not be in trouble. My first year in business I had a loss of 100 thousand. I bought a lot of assets and had a lot of expenses to get the business started. I built a garage, bought 2 trucks, plus tools, insurance, bonding, etc. and only brought in 40k. It was several years before I made enough money to offset my initial investment. Of course if you knew anything about business you would understand these things.

People in commercial real estate can easily invest 10 times their net worth in buying properties and fixing them up to lease or resell. They will show record losses until they finally sell or lease long enough to start making a profit. In the mean time no profit equals no income and no taxes. Then if you have a economic crash and properties are low and not leasing or selling it is a great time to buy. If you are reputable business and can get loans temporarily going in debt to buy at such an opportune time is genius. However you may have years of no income and some investments may have to go into bankruptcy until the economy turns around. But to automatically say because someone lost money or filed bankruptcy on different investments is a sign of incompetence only shows ignorance to that type of business. A wonderful spin on the truth and the facts by a deceptive liar such as Hillary.

Just breaking, but the damage is done I suspect. The FBI director needs to be fired and the FBI purged of partisan agents behind the leaks of false information and similar.

ROTFLOL...

No criminality... ROTFLOL.

What is obvious is we have a 2-tier justice system.

The Clinton Crime Foundation is still being investigated.

I wasn't asking for your resume.

It's clear that Trump has been living off that bankruptcy and that ONE BILLION DOLLAR loss since the 90's. Even as he's been running for office, his brands have been sinking.

He's a loser.

Donald Trump's Many Business Failures, Explained

Re: No criminality in Clinton emails - FBI

Guess you missed Comey's presser and congressional testimony in July. He had a whole 15 minute litany of the crimes Hillary committed, and finished it off with the invented 'no intent' loop hole which only applies to Hillary.

Perhaps this summary may help you.

Also covered is the 'intent' loop hole absolutely destroyed.

Yeah, it's called the fix was in. It also doesn't change her criminal acts.

This video also establishes that there really 2 criminal justice systems now, one for the regular people, and one for Hillary (extended to the political elite).

My, Hillary isn't even in office and she's already causing this country great harm.

So no criminality was found. Whine as they will. Trump on the other hand has multiple convictions, bankruptcies and other negatives, even before his total emotional instability.

Point of fact. Criminality was found, that's clear from Comey's 15 minute litany, however, criminal charges were not filed.

Re: No criminality in Clinton emails - FBI

Very interesting. But OK, fine.

Who's going to take this, and go after Hillary with it? I mean it's a pretty clearly solid line of reasoning there.
The FBI? Comey's been neutered, and as you can see, people want him out. Probably the #2 guy, a Clintonite already, will take over.
Congress? They've been playing tiddly winks with Hillary on this for 2 - 3 years already.
The DOJ? **** man! The DOJ was one that was putting the arm on Comey to toe the line they wanted from him, much to his eventual destruction.

I can't think of anyone else. Can you?

Depends on who wins tonight.

As is the Trump foundation... who had to close its doors because they were not registered as a charity and yet asked for donations.. now that is a REAL clime with REAL evidence, and yet you are not bitching about that?

Yes there are you evidently like to ignore history as well.

1999 He CIA director lost his job and clearances over having
Classified data on an unsecure hard drive at his home.

Right now there is a soldiers that had classified data on his hard drive as well.

So you and Comey have no clue what you are talking about.
Comey blatant lie is exposed for what it is. People have been charged and convicted for
Keeping classified data in an unsecure location.

Clinton went way further by allowing people who did not have authorization handl and see such material.

No she should be punished because she broke the law. It is pretty simply if you are honest.

Re: No criminality in Clinton emails - FBI

I guess now we'll see how much of the Clinton Foundation's amazing fundraising prowess was due to good hearts and how much was pay to play...

I'm guessing their fundraising tanks now that Clinton is powerless.

Trump needs to call Comey into his office, and tell him that he's sure he overlooked something, and that Lynch and Clinton are no longer an issue. Time for a second look.

Just listened to Chaffetz...

They are awaiting 10's of thousands of documents still.

This isn't over by a long shot.

You of course have the same feelings when it comes to Trumps criminality right?

Trump hasn't been found in violation of any legal statute. Clinton has. The FBI director incorrectly excused it because he determined she didn't intend to break the law... unfortunately for the FBI director, intent is not part of the statute and actually states you can be guilty due to negligence... which he admitted she was.

It's the same as if he were defending a drunk driver because they didn't intend to drive drunk.

Which brings me to another point: The FBI is not the public defenders office.

Trump hasn't been found in violation of any legal statute.

Yes he has, multiple times.

Clinton has.

So she has been on trial for something and gotten convicted or settled out of court (as good as a conviction for most)?

Yes, yes, but if Clinton was to go on trial for this, then a lot of GOPers from the Bush administration should too, as they did exactly the same thing. Powell for one, used unsecured AOL for his email for years... while Sec of State.

You don't settle out of court if you are convicted... that is settling IN court.

Sure, find any GOPers who committed the same crimes should be prosecuted.

No, they did not do "the exact same thing". This has been debunked ad nauseum. Even if they did, should that excuse Clinton?
