This is a bombshell... Host of Fox's Special Report Bret Baier, appeared tonight with Brit Hume and based of 2 anonymous sources from the FBI, Hillary Clinton is likely to be indicted on the pay-to-play issue involving the Clinton Foundation.

Fox News Channel's Bret Baier reports the latest news about the Clinton Foundation investigation from two sources inside the FBI. He reveals five important new pieces of information in these two short clips:


1. The Clinton Foundation investigation is far more expansive than anybody has reported so far and has been going on for more than a year.


2. The laptops of Clinton aides Cherryl Mills and Heather Samuelson have not been destroyed, and agents are currently combing through them. The investigation has interviewed several people twice, and plans to interview some for a third time.


3. Agents have found emails believed to have originated on Hillary Clinton's secret server on Anthony Weiner's laptop. They say the emails are not duplicates and could potentially be classified in nature.


4. Sources within the FBI have told him that an indictment is "likely" in the case of pay-for-play at the Clinton Foundation, "barring some obstruction in some way" from the Justice Department.


5. FBI sources say with 99% accuracy that Hillary Clinton's server has been hacked by at least five foreign intelligence agencies, and that information had been taken from it.

Well, on the upside, if she does win the election, as it seems she will, she can then be impeached, even if official charges won't happen.

Trump wins next week. Scalia's seat is filled ASAP. Trump cleans house at DOJ. The Court takes the case and forces the DOJ to play ball. It's just a matter of time.

Because of the current political situation, anonymous sources are all you're going to get.

When it comes to the believably of these anonymous sources, including the all the ones that have popped up this week and the ones reported weeks back saying that agents nearly unanimously believed Clinton should have been indicted, you need to take into account what we haven't heard reported...

What we haven't heard is a report from any of the mainstream news outlets like ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, the NY Times, WAPO, etc... that they have anonymous sources within the FBI that contradict or deny any of the allegations that have been made over these last several weeks.

Common sense tells us, that if these anonymous sources within the FBI were full of crap, agents would have been banging down mainstream media doors weeks ago to set the record straight... but alas, all we hear is crickets.

That's because agents (comey included) are not allowed to talk about on-going investigations unless they are planning on sacrificing their career for personal ambitions. Book deals, political goals, or a talk show gig. The only reason we are hearing about those agents is through the political grapevine since this case is such a high profile one.

If those FBI anonymous sources were lying, then you would think that at least one FBI agent would have come forward and anonymously set the record straight...

But like I said, crickets.

If they do take the Senate and she wins, I fully expect the Democrats to do everything in their power to obstruct and ultimately bury every single investigation... Even in the unlikely event they can't bury them, she is guilty of felonies and grounds for impeachment are met, you are absolutely correct... The democrats will not allow Clinton to be impeached because they don't have the honesty or integrity to do what is right.

They will put politics first and the American people be damned.

I don't know why you bring that up. Never said that they were lying. I'm just saying it's coming down through the hyper-partisan chamber. Like the game telephone.

That's probably the case. I guess it would then come down to what actually surfaces from the investigation and there may be a catch 22 about it because if Hillary then goes in an squashes it then that, in itself, will be a really freaking big deal.

But, yes, I don't have enough faith in our systems that Hillary will be brought to justice. I mean, she's already guilty of obstruction of justice and perjury.

Well, that's already been given the official stamp of approval of being A-OK. However, she was subpoenaed to turn over all emails related to work and she stated that she did under investigation. The emails could be about scheduling changes of personnel or an official lunch date or any number of mundane and completely boring things and it still will be obstruction of justice, perjury, and destruction of government property.

I mean, there is no other conclusion.
