Pence plane scare latest incident in ugly history at LaGuardia Airport | Fox News

Republican vice presidential candidate Mike Pence’s scary landing Thursday night is another example in a laundry list of problems that have taken place at LaGuardia Airport in New York City.

The aircraft, a Boeing 737, tore up two tracks of concrete on the runway before coming to rest on a patch of grass. The Federal Aviation Administration said in a statement, "A crushable concrete runway safety technology called an Engineered Material Arresting System stopped the plane."

The picture of the plane with Trump - Pence written across it sitting off the runway pretty much sums up this election.
 
Fail to see anythign in there that implies there is a specific problem with LaGuardia.

Apparently there have been previous problems, I don't know. I've flown in there and lived. So clearly not a daily thing.

Sure a busy airport has had some accidents but there doesnt seem to be any tendencies attributable to the airport itself.
Landing gear copllapsing, engine failure etc etc...
The only one that seems to be airport related was the failed de-icing.
There doenst seem to be anything systematically wrong with the airport itself.
