Abedin Implicated Clinton in Foundation Trade-off with Morocco amid $12 million

And you can't reasonable "donate" millions and expect nothing in return

He was getting something in return. Participation in the event he was hosting. This isn't Joe Nobody we're talking about, here. We're talking about a former First Lady, Senator, and Secretary of State. Her presence at your event isn't free...particularly if its 4,800 miles away.

Except that Hillary didn't even attend said conference.

There's nothing wrong with trading one's time and effort for a donor's cause to solicit money to pay for AIDS treatments around the world, along with the other good works this foundation has apparently done. How on earth do you folks think most charities raise money? They have fundraisers, they solicit rich people for money, and if those rich people want them to show up for a photo op, they show up.

Much ado about nothing.

Why would Hillary Clinton's top advisor feel that it was "REALLY dicey" for her to publicly discuss strengthening bribery laws?
Maybe because he knew it would make her look like a hypocrite, taking money from Goldman Sachs one minute, while railing against bribery the next.

Or it's a "REALLY dicey" move because other politicians are corrupt so it will be unpopular.

Or it's a "REALLY dicey" move because undermines legislative authority by attempting to curtail further changes to the law.

Or it's a "REALLY dicey" move sarcastically, and he was making fun of stupid accusations of bribery.

There are an infinite number of possible explanations for a given observation set. There is not so much as a single good reason for you to choose to hold this belief of yours.
